Assalam u Alaikum to everyone. In this contest @toufeeq777 gave us task that we share about food so i decided to participate in this contest.
Today iam share with my recipe **Pateesa **. In Pakistan we also called it Lachcha. So let we start our recipe.
Pateesa Recipe
- At first we take some things like,
2cup all purose flour
2tbsp gram flour
2tbsp ghee
Mix all things and roast. Untill its color is change ,we turn-off the stove and let it cool.
Now we take some more ingredients like,
2cup suger
1cup water
Pour it in pan and cook at low flame and drop 2tbsp of lemon juice until syrup consistency is like a ball.
Next we turn-off the stove and let it cool in non stick pan.
Turn it with spatula about 20 or 30 time,
when its temprature light we turn it with our hands with greased.
Now we turn it about 50 times more. Then we turn like a ring and put it in our powder mixture.
Now we pul it but not the ring is break,about 80 times. Left over extra flour.
Make a shape in small bowl.
Our pateesa is ready to eat.
