The diary game// Election at my school.. 10% to steembangladesh

Hello to everyone. Hope you are all well and safe. I woke up early today before 5am. I prayed and started preparing my self for school.
Yesterday being Tuesday the 26/10/2021 was set to be an election day for the pupils in the school i teach. So we as the staffs were expected to come to school.
Exactly after the morning prayers i took my shower and headed for school.
I stopped on my way to buy porridge locally known here as "kooko".

Which is made from millet. It is one of the breakfast meals taken by many people here.
I headed out for school after buying my "kooko"
I arrived at school exactly 6:30. By then few of the students were around, we waited for them to all come. When they all arrived we conducted an assembly and talked to them. After which we started making preparations to go out.

The election was to take place at a different school. But not in the one we use to study.
It was a new school building for the same school. It was some few miles from the parent school so walked with the pupils to the new school. We arrived there at around 9:00am.
Without wasting any time we begun setting things up for the election.
It took us about thirty minutes to set everything up.

EVERYTHING SET TO COMMENCE

The staffs where made the polling agents. As you can see from my picture below.
After everything was set, the staffs were the ones who casted their votes first. After which was followed by the the candidates.

After the teachers and the prefects together with the students in the JHS, it was then the pupils in the lower primary's and upper primary turn to cast theirs. Their was a bit challenging, because some of them where finding it difficult to cast. So we assisted them a little. After everyone has casted their votes successfully,we head back to school.
It was a very nice day for me and the pupils.😁
