My Return to Steem [স্টিমে আমার প্রত্যাবর্তন]

| I have been working on the Steem platform for more than a year since February 2018 and the reputation through my postings and activities has been around 69. Those who know that the multiplication logarithm of Reputation is 10 (which means 70 reputation is 10 times greater contribution to the platform form 60) can understand how my contribution to this Steem platform was done by me from such reputations. The reason for leaving this blockchain was the latest hardfark (Probably Hard frok 24). After the heartfork, Steem's big investors slowly began to exit Steem. As a result, I also stopped working on Steem then. But a few days ago, I logged on to Steem account and saw that there are many good contests and programs going on here. As well as many new communities have come into existence who are working to take this steem blockchain a long way. | গত 2018 সালের ফেব্রুয়ারি মাস থেকে প্রায় একটানা এক বছরেরও বেশি সময় স্টিম প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করেছিলাম আর সেই সুবাদে আমার পোস্টিং এবং কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে রেপুটেশন প্রায় 69 এর মত হয়েছিল । যারা জানেন যে, রেপুটেশন ১০ এর গুনিতক লগারিদম তারা এরকম রেপুটেশন দেখেই বুঝতে পারছেন এই স্টিম প্ল্যাটফর্মে আমার অবদান কেমন ছিল। এই ছেড়ে দেয়ার কারন ছিল সর্বশেষ হার্ডফর্ক। হার্টফর্কের পর স্টিমের বড় বড় ইনভেস্টররা আস্তে আস্তে স্টিম থেকে বের হয়ে যেতে লাগল। ফলে আমিও স্টিমে কাজ করা অনেকটাই বন্ধ করে দিই। কিন্তু কিছুদিন আগে স্টিমে লগইন করে দেখলাম এখানে অনেক ভালো ভালো কনটেস্ট এবং প্রোগ্রাম চলছে। পাশাপাশি অনেকগুলো নতুন নতুন কমিউনিটি এসেছে যারা এই স্টিমকে অনেক দূর এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। |
| The most interesting thing to me is a beautiful community among Bangladeshis has been developed so nicely who are working together to make Bangladesh Steem users more and more successful. Since I have worked on the platform for a long time and gained an idea of its basics, there is an opportunity for me to make some contribution to this Bangladeshi community. So, I want to come back here again through my post so I named my post as Return today. | সবচেয়ে মজার ব্যাপার হচ্ছে আমাদের বাংলাদেশীদের মধ্যে একটি সুন্দর কমিউনিটি ডেভেলপ করেছে যারা বাংলাদেশ স্টিম ব্যবহারকারীদেরকে আরো উত্তরোত্তর সফলতা অর্জনের জন্য সব রকম সহযোগিতার পাশাপাশি কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। আমি যেহেতু প্লাটফর্মে অনেকদিন কাজ করেছি এবং এর খুঁটিনাটি বিষয়গুলো সম্বন্ধে ধারণা অর্জন করেছিলাম তখন, তাই আমার জন্য এই বাংলাদেশী কমিউনিটিতে কিছু কন্ট্রিবিউশন করার একটা সুযোগ আছে। তাই আমি আবার আমার পোষ্টের মাধ্যমে এখানে ফিরে আসতে চাই তাই আমি আজকে আমার পোস্টের নাম দিয়েছি প্রত্যাবর্তন। |

My Return (আমার প্রত্যাবর্তন)
| I did not know that the community in Bangladesh is doing so well here. Again many other newcomers are performing superbly was unknown to me because I have been out of steem for a long time. Today, I just want to give the message of my return to the Bangladeshi community and Steem. Next time, I will talk a little bit about myself if the Bangladeshi community wants to hear and the Steem community wants to hear from me again. I had regular posts on the basics before and I regularly tried to teach the basics to newcomers through my videos and posts. One of the main reasons for this is that the newcomers first come here and could not understand what’s going on. Since this is a community of Bangladeshis, I can write in Bengali for them in simple language if the community permits or stays by my side. | বাংলাদেশের কমিউনিটি যে এখানে এত ভালোভাবে কাজ করছে পাশাপাশি আরো অনেকগুলো কমিউনিটি নতুন নতুন এসেছে তা আমার জানা ছিল না এবং এর মূল কারণ আমি অনেকদিন স্টিমের বাইরে। আজকে শুধু আমি বাংলাদেশী কমিউনিটির আমার প্রত্যাবর্তনের বার্তাটি দিতে চাই। পরবর্তীতে আমি আস্তে আস্তে আমার সম্বন্ধে কিছু কথা বলবো যদি বাংলাদেশের কমিউনিটি শুনতে চায় এবং স্টিম কমিউনিটি আবার নতুন করে আমার থেকে শুনতে চাই। বেসিক বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে আমার আগে নিয়মিত পোস্ট ছিলো এবং আমি নিয়মিতই মূলত বেসিক বিষয়গুলো নতুনদেরকে শেখানোর চেষ্টা করতাম আমার ভিডিও এবং পোষ্টের মাধ্যমে। এর অন্যতম প্রধান কারণ হলো, নতুনরা প্রথমে এসেই এখানে হাবুডুবু খায়। যেহেতু এটা বাংলাদেশিদের কমিউনিটি তাই আমি চাইলে এখানে বাংলায় তাদের জন্য সহজ ভাষায় লিখতে পারি যদি কমিউনিটি পারমিট করে কিংবা আমার পাশে থাকে। |

| My steem journey didn’t start with anyone holding hands but started watching a short YouTube video. As a result, after opening account here, I slowly learned all the things through self-checking and reading. So, I have to learn on my own, my knowledge here is different because many people may have learned by listening and I have learned by checking and choosing. I would have been working on Steem if I had known that such a large community would be formed from Bangladesh and move towards success. Whatever it was, I currently want to work in this community on Steem. And want to come back through my content. | আমার স্টিম যাত্রাটি কারো হাত ধরে হয়নি বরং একটি ছোট ইউটিউব ভিডিও দেখে শুরু হয়েছিল। ফলে আমি এখানে একাউন্ট করার পর যাবতীয় বিষয় গুলো আস্তে আস্তে নিজে যাচাই বাছাই করে দেখে দেখে এবং পড়াশুনের মাধ্যমে শিখেছিলাম। তাই যেহেতু আমাকে নিজে থেকেই শিখতে হয়েছে তাই এখানে আমার নলেজটা অন্যরকম কারন অনেকে শুনে শুনে শিখেছে হয়ত আর আমি যাচাই বাছাই করে ঠেকে শিখেছি। বাংলাদেশ থেকে এরকম করে এত বড় একটা কমিউনিটি গড়ে উঠবে এবং উত্তরোত্তর সাফল্যের দিকে এগিয়ে যাবে সে বিষয়টা জানা থাকলে আমি তখন থেকেই স্টিমে কাজ করে যেতাম। সে যাই হোক, আমি বর্তমানে স্টিমে এই কমিউনিটিতে কাজ করতে চাই। এবং ফিরে আসতে চাই কনটেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে। |

I got to see some really good contests like Power Up Contest, Diary Game, The 1000DaysofSteem and many more fun contests. | আজকের পোস্টে আমি কমিউনিটি মেম্বার দের কাছ থেকে কমেন্ট আশা করছি তারা আমাকে কিভাবে ওয়েলকাম জানাতে চায় এবং কি ধরনের সহযোগিতা আমি তাদের কাছ থেকে পেতে পারি যদি আমি এই প্লাটফর্মে আবার ফিরে আসি। অর্থাৎ কমিউনিটির যারা এডমিন, মডারেটর রয়েছে তারা কিভাবে আমাকে তাদের মাঝে দেখতে চায়। যদি কমিউনিটির মেমবাররা একটিভ থাকে তাহলে অবশ্যই দয়া করে আমাকে কমেন্টে জানাবেন যে আমার এখানে কাজ করার সুযোগ কেমন এবং নতুন নতুন কি কি আপডেট এসেছে । এ বিষয়গুলো আমাকে জানালে খুশি হব। নতুন কি কি পরিবর্তন এসেছে এবং এ বিষয়গুলো বর্তমানে কিভাবে কাজ করছে বা কোন ডিসকর্ড গ্রুপ আছে কিনা যেখানে যোগাযোগ করা যাবে এ বিষয়গুলো আমাকে বিস্তারিতভাবে জানালে খুশি হব। তাছাড়া আমি কিছু ভাল ভাল কন্টেস্ট যেমন পাওয়ার আপ কন্টেস্ট, ডাইরি গেইম, দি ১০০০ ডেস অফ স্টীম সহ আরো অনেক অন্যান্য মজার মজার কনটেস্ট দেখতে পেলাম। |
