First thanks to @steem-bangladesh for arranging this competition and i always like to participate. Today i will share with you a food recipe that i have cooked recently. Today i will show you how to cook using different types of Vegetable with meat. Which is really good for health.
Vegetable Recipe
For this recipe i need few vegetables ,meat and some Spices. Here the list
Ingredients

Tomato | 2 pieces |
Carrots | 1 big piece |
Capcicum | 1 piece |
meat | 100 gm |
Ginger paste | 1 tablespoon |
Garlic Paste | 1 tablespoon |
cumin paste | 1 tablespoon |
Onion | 100 gm |
Green chili | 6/7 small pieces |
Turmeric Powder | 1 tablespoon |
chili powder | 1 tablespoon |
Coriander powder | 1 tablespoon |
others Spices | According to taste |
Step-1:
First i cut the vegetables and meat and kept it ready. I also gathered everything in one place. For cooking vegetables you no need much spice . Since i add meat into this recipe i have collected all kinds of spices that will be needed.

Step-2:
Now i pour 1 spoon oil in the pan and frying onion into the oil. When the onion is fried and looks yellow i add all the spices and add i cup water. I also add 1 spoon salt for taste. After 5/7 minutes the spices is cooked well and spreads a good smell . Now it's time to add meat.
Step-3:
The meats take a long time to cook. around 30 minutes. So need to add water and covered with a lid. Stir sometimes so that it boil well.
When the meat is cooked it looks like that.
Step-4:
When the meat is ready then i add all the vegetables . I added vegetables later because it's don't take much time to cook. After adding the vegetables , i shake it very well so that the spices penetrates well. I also add 1/2 cup water.
Step-5:
After 15 minutes when cooking is almost done i add soya sauce. But you can avoid it if you don't like. When i add sauce it's looks like and looks delicious.
After finishing cook i took few photos . To be honest it was a lot of tastier.
