Many of us has a perception that
smoking is limited to lungs diseases but it should noted that its not just like we thinking but the affection of smoking spread through our whole body.On every year on May 31,
World No Tobacco Day is celebrated across the country to prevent the millions of deaths caused by this habit every year. As according to 2018 research report found that tobacco contains more than 7,000 chemicals, of which at least 69 can cause cancer.
When these chemicals are inhaled, they travel from the lungs to the bloodstream and from there to other parts of the body as well, affecting health.

Smoking makes a high risks to reduce hair and effect loss of hair. Smoking can potentially damage the hair follicles, increasing the risk of baldness.According to research report men aged 20 to 35, some of whom were addicted to smoking and some who avoided it.
The problem of hair loss was btw two groups .
The researchers found that 425 out of 500 smokers had experienced some form of hair loss, while only 200 out of 500 smokers had such problems.

Questionarise that after smoking is it possible to reimburse .Decreased blood supply to the hair follicles affects the production of a hormone called collagen, which causes hair to grow back and chances to grow once again .
The oxidative stress caused by smoking accelerates highly effects the aging of hair and dries hair in youth as it does in middle age or old age.
If a person gets rid of the smoking habit, it is possible to reverse the effect of some of the harms to the body and no chance then.
However, it is clear that smoking can reverse hair loss, but if the hair has fallen out too much, it is more likely that it will not grow back .
