To stay healthy we must know about health.
Importance of maintaining heath
Physical fitness is not the sole basis of being healthy; being healthy means being mentally and emotionally fit.

Eat a healthy diet
We should take a healthy diet.
If we maintain this we should take various kinds of foods, including fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains.Fruits and vegetables protect us many dangerous diseses.
Consume less salt and sugar
We must avoid to eate salt to maintain good health.Eating raw salt can cause to thyroid, kidney disease, anemia and many more diseases.So it must be avoided.if u become healthy u can eat some sea fish which bear a lot of vitamins and it make our body more strong and healthy.
So,Reduce your salt intake to 5g per day, equivalent to about one teaspoon.
On the other hand, take excessive amounts of sugars increases the risk of tooth decay and unhealthy weight gain. Its harmful both adults and children.
Avoid harmful use of alcohol
This is very dangerous for us.We should remember this as a muslim its haram and also harmful.
There is no safe level for drinking alcohol. Its destroy us mentally and physically.so we should avoid this.
Don’t smoke
smoking causes cancer.
We all familiar about this sentances.
So,we must should ignore this.Day by day its distroy us.If you are currently a smoker, it’s not too late to quit.If you are not a smoker, then congratulation.
Be active
When we are active within our physical activity its movement our whole body muscles that requires energy.And this can be includes exercise and activities while we working and playing.Its keep our body feet and perfect.

We should
getting tested ourself is an important step in knowing our health status, especially when it comes to HIV, hepatitis B,urinal infections and tuberculosis.We should go to a public or private health center, wherever we feel comfortable.So,please don't ignore be tested yourself.
Drink only safe water
Drinking unsafe water can destroyed our life.Must remember that unsafe water create diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea, hepatitis A, typhoid and polio. So,make ensure that the water you’re drinking is safe.
Talk to someone you trust if you're feeling down
It's very common thing and we all are suffering person.No one can hide this.
It is a common illness.people all are affected by this. Depression can manifest in different ways, but it might make you feel hopeless or worthless.Always we should remember that we are not alone.If we suffer this we should talk to someone you trust such as a family member.
