Hi beautiful and handsome steemnians.
It's another beautiful day to share with you all some of my success stories.
It's a story i carry with me where ever i go and it has actually made me who i am today.
I am a Technical school teacher by profession and how i got there is all a mystery to me because back in my secondary school days, i had always wanted to be an engineer i.e, working with a very big company like TELECOMMUNICATIONS, CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING companies.
Before succeeding the entrance exams into Teacher training school (ENSET BAMBILI) which is the best training institution here in Cameroon. I had written 9 different concours in 3 years.
Every third term holidays, i wrote 3.
With all my passion for engineering, i needed to have passed in physics at the GCE exams here in Cameroon. But unfortunately i failed but passed in all the science subjects. Yet it dint stop me from writing engineering concurs though i knew physics was a prerequisite.
The first year i wrote the first 3, i was very disappointed i failed all, then i went to the university of Buea and studied Mathematics. Maths was was so difficult i could cope, so i wrote 3 again the following year, still failed all.
That same year i decided to repeat my level one at the university just so i could perfect my scores.
The 3 year my Dad insisted i try 3 other concurs, though very discouraged, because registering for one was so expensive, about 50,000FCFA for one. I went in and finally this time i got one and that's the teaching exams.
Here i am with some of my class mates in 2013 at the University campus after a class.
This was in 2014 when my Dad visited me and gave me my first laptop computer to assist me in my education.
This process actually changed my life because after my training for 3 years i was posted and was being pain some salary which assisted me in taking care of my family.
Since then, i don't easily give up on things.. I will try until there's no other way.
Its a big success story for me because it actually changed lots of things in my life.
All thanks goes to my parents who didn't give up on me.
Thanks for reading🙏
