Systematic Living and Food Management is the topic of today's food topic organized by Steam Bangladesh.
Good health is the key to success and happiness in every human life. And the key to maintaining good health is a regular lifestyle.

The importance of living a regular life:

With the spread of science came the massive spread of urbanization as well as the vast change in our way of life. We ourselves are complicating the path of building a normal healthy life by establishing ourselves in a machine-based competitive life. As a result, we are facing various health risks. As a result of major changes in our way of life, our constitutional life has been replaced by irregular and risky way of life. Sometimes drinking fast food instead of water, drinking all drinks, smoking, not following hygiene rules, staying up late for many nights, waking up late, managing one's life according to one's own rules. And not following a set routine, watching too much TV or getting used to computer games, Not being able to do physical exercise or not doing hard work, which is always under mental stress, not following the social and religious rules, etc. are the obstacles to the rules of Systematic life.

As a result of which various types of health problems and overcrowding and various problems caused by it, especially various non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease are on the rise in our country.
Various health studies have shown that people who are not accustomed to a regular lifestyle from an early age are accustomed to a variety of irregularities, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease at an early age. Performance decreases, aging accelerates, and long-term life expectancy decreases, including the long-term complications of all diseases. So in a word, there is no alternative to a regular lifestyle to maintain good health.

Creating healthy eating habits: Creating healthy eating habits is very important in establishing a regular lifestyle. Eating a balanced diet, adhering to a set time for eating, consuming moderate amounts of food and drink, avoiding harmful eating habits, adhering to restrictions on proper and healthy eating habits, It is possible to build healthy eating habits by avoiding food-related prejudices to control body weight, and to establish a regular lifestyle. It is very important to form healthy eating habits from childhood.
Below I will discuss the diet of three difficult diseases.

Food management in diabetes:

In case of diabetes, the amount of blood glucose increases, this glucose comes mainly from food and therefore in case of diabetes, certain rules of diet have to be followed. There is no difference in nutritional needs before and after diabetes, but the purpose of following the diet is to control diabetes and maintain good health.

These do not increase the amount of glucose in the blood, but playing too much increases the amount of glucose in the blood.

Foods to Avoid: There are some foods that increase blood glucose levels very quickly after meals. Foods such as sugar, molasses, corn, juice, soft drinks, soft drinks and all kinds of sweets should be avoided. payes latex pastry cakes etc.

Heart disease diet management:

The diet of the heart patient should be such that the dietary energy is not taken more than the dietary energy required for the patient and the diet is balanced. Dietary intake of sugar, salt and flats should be reduced and plenty of fiber. These are the foods we should take for heart disease flour bread with red rice husk and food made of rice flour should be eaten in required quantity and not in excess. Foods that are high in fiber such as vegetable pickles should be included in the national fruit list. Different colored vegetables such as green leafy vegetables sweet pumpkin eggplant tomato cucumber should be taken daily. In addition, seasonal fresh vegetables should be included in the daily list pulses and nuts should be eaten in moderation. Chicken without fish skin Meat without fat should be eaten in required quantity. It is better to eat skim milk and sour curd.

The most important thing is to give less salt in cooking and do not eat extra salt while eating. The foods we should avoid for heart disease are butter, ghee, coconut, more oily and fatty foods in addition, ice cream, sweet foods, fast food, soft drinks, Chinese salt or tasting salt should be omitted.

Food Management in High Blood Pressure:

One of the foods we should eat for high blood pressure is to get into the habit of eating high fiber foods. Young coconut water is also very beneficial for heart disease. Pulses and nuts can be eaten You should give less salt in cooking and you should not eat extra salt while eating. Rice, bread, rice and flour-based food is necessary but you can't eat too much.

From white flour to red flour: useful foods that should be avoided are those that are high in salt. Fatty meat and its food should be excluded. Fast food should not be eaten. Salt should be omitted in the salad soy sauce testing salt.
