Hope everybody is doing well. I'm fine too. I am very happy to participate in the contest. Thanks to the @steem-bangladesh for creat this contest. I will share a recipe with you today. It's called " Crispy Patato Triangle Snacks ".

So,let's see how to make this snacks

Ingredients

• Potatoes
• Noodles
• Dried Pepper
• Raw Pepper
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Cumin Powder
• Soybean Oil
• Salt
• Coriander Leaves
• Besan
• Flour
  

Step 1( Boil the potatoes)

• Potetoes should be washed well.

• Then the potatoes have to be cut into pieces.

• Then boil the potatoes in a pan with the same amount of water.

• When the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven, cool them and peel them.

Step 2( Make a deu)

• Then you have to spread the potatoes well by hand.

• Then add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, dried chillies, salt, cumin powder.

• Then you have to spread a good amount of besan in them.

• Then you have to make a deu by rubbing them well with your hands. Then apply oil well on the piri and both hands.

• Then cut it into a triangle like the picture shown below.

• After all the cuts, take a small amount of flour in a bowl and mix the noodles spices.

• Then mix the spices of flour and noodles spices well and make a liquid with water.

Step 3(fry the cake)

• Then heat the soybean oil in a pan in the oven.

• Then the triangular cakes should be dipped in the liquid made with flour and noodles spice.

• Then you have to take out the cakes from there and put them in the noodles. Then if the noodles get stuck in the cake, they should be fried well in oil.
