Information Regarding Alien Worlds
If you keep news of blockchain gaming or if you are a blockchain gamer, you should have already known this name. Its not a old game that all used to play instead it is a game which is totally new & popular and its popularity is increasing day by day. The funny thing is- all features of this game is not released yet. I should say only a feature of this game released. Then why this infant game suddenly got so much popularity? I'm going to discuss about it in this post. If you know nothing about blockchain gaming, let's get to know some information regarding of Alien Worlds-
● Alien Worlds is "play-to-earn". Which means you can earn real money by playing this game.
● It is now only on "WAX" blockchain, it operates through "smart contracts" on this blockchain. WAX blockchain is popular for its fast and free transactions. It is widely used for gaming and virtual collectibles. So you will need a WAX wallet ideally WCW (Wax Cloud Wallet) as currently AW (short form of Alien Worlds) supports only this wallet. Opening a wallet on WCW is very easy, you can use several methods (Gmail,Facebook,Discord,Twitter etc.) to do that.
Technical Blueprint Analysis
The technical blueprint of Alien Worlds is pretty informative and you can learn about its roadmap from that.
The plot of this game is nothing new- human race is being destroyed by pandemic and somehow few people managed to get help from aliens to leave the Earth. The universe they went to has limited supply of important elements and there are only six planets that contain these materials. So they need to gather these elements to survive.
In the blueprint, they explained the core mechanism of this game. They also included what features may be added in future. You can learn about its features and how these features work.
The features the dev are planning to add are very interesting but not unrealistic. A new explorer of AW should go through this blueprint as they tried to explain everything as easily they could.
There are six planets on AW now and the land on these planets are limited.
Game Features
As I mentioned earlier, most of the features of this game are yet to be released. So I'm describing the features that are available now and soon to be added-
● Mine, Mine & Mine. To earn TLM which is the in-game currency of this game, you need to mine. To mine, you need tools. You will get a shovel for free when you first sign up for this game. It is a basic abundant tool. If you want to mine more efficiently, you can always buy tools from other players. The price ranges from 0.3 WAX (0.08$) to 1000+ WAX (240$+) depending on the rarity of the tool.
By mining, you will surely get some TLM. The amount of TLM you may get depends on several factors like land stats, tool stats, current mining pot and of course luck. The most interesting part is you may get a NFT (Non-Fungible Token) by mining. You can use it in game or sell this NFT for WAX on Atomic Hub.
● This feature is for land owners. But very few people are land owners as the current price of the cheapest land on market is 2300$+. Miners need to choose a land for mining. The owner of the land can take commissions from them.
● Staking TLM on planets may seem useless for now but soon the DAO voting is going to be started. Stakers can vote for candidates who will be the member of "Council".
Stakers can also apply to be a candidate of the councils. There will be councils for each planet and it will take crucial decisions about their own planets. This feature will be live very soon.
● Thunderdome is the most anticipated feature of this game. Player's will be able to fight other people with their weapon NFTs and thus they can earn TLM. We may need to wait few more weeks to see this feature live.
● As per the technical blueprint, landowners will be able to drop their own NFTs. The dev are working on this feature. It will be amazing thing if players can get NFTs not related to the game and the landowners can also promote their lands and project by dropping their NFTs.
In-game Currency TLM and Its Utility
TLM is the native in-game currency of Alien Worlds. This token's type is BEP-20, ERC-20 and WAX. That means TLM is on Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum blockchain and WAX blockchain.

TLM is currently used for staking as it gives voting power and increases the mining pot of planets. In future there will be many others utility of this token. Players will need TLM to send the NFTs on mission. Playing "Thunderdome" will also require TLM.
Binance Launchpool of TLM
On the last 7th April, Binance started its pool for TLM where you will need to stake BNB or BUSD to earn TLM. The farming period is 30 days. After the announcement of the launchpool, Alien Worlds got much more popularity. TLM will be listed on Binance on the 13th instant. There are currently 14,884,702 BNB (6,593,922,986$) and 1,381,369,606$ BUSD staked on the pool. I'm also staking tiny amount of BNB on the pool.
Binance team also published a research paper about Alien Worlds.
My Earnings from Alien Worlds
I'm playing this game for about 2 and half a month and earned a good sum of money by playing it. I didn't invest a damn single penny. Here's the chart-

WAX is now sitting at 0.25$ and so 550 WAX is worth 137.5$! The WAX that I got from events two months ago was used in buying tools and some TLM. After the announcement of Binance launchpool, the price of tools significantly gone up. So, I sold some of the tools that I bought or found by mining.
I kept some tools which are worth more than 100$. I also have 2500+ TLM and we get to know the price of it after Binance lists TLM and Alcor Exchange resumes TLM trading on 13th April. It is clear that I earned significant amount of money by just playing this game.

Some Projects/Events on Alien Worlds
There many events happening on Alien Worlds. Some are-
● CryptomonKeys, a NFT project of "Banano" community is giving their NFTs to the miners of their land. I also got their NFTs by mining in their specific lands which I sold for 10$+ WAX. You can learn about this project from here.
● Good Vibes Mining is a contest organizer peoject and the events that I mentioned earlier was from this organizer. There are many contest always going on here.
● Infidel Mining is a project of a landowner who gives NFTs daily to a certain number of random miners of his land.
This game seems to be a revolutionary game in blockchain gaming industry. It is unique as well as interesting. As a member of Crypto world, I rate it 4.3/5. I would rate it more but the main gaming feature "Thunderdome" is yet to be released and we don't know what the developers are going to introduce. I hope it will be as amazing as the other features.
This is not a mainstream game so I don't know if you would like it or not but I tried to do this review with my best.
