Healthy Moringa oleifera ,potatoes ,and brinjal curry with pangaj fish together
Ingredients ...
Moringa oleifera/250 grams
Brinjal /300 grams
Potatoes /300 grams
Fry Pangaj fish /9 pieces
Tumaric/2 Spoons
Salt/2 Spoons
Onion/1 piece
Garlic/1 piece
Cumin/4 grams
Mustrad oil/35 grams
Water as needed
At first I collected Moringa oleifera brinjal and potatoes . I removed shells this elements . I cut this three materials slicely . I cut green chilli ,onion and garlic.
I fried Moringa oleifera ,potatoes and brinjal with mustrad oil in pan. After that I added tumaric and salt in pan. I admixed green chilli and water as needed . I boiled 12minutes . After boiling I mixed fry pangaj fish in curry . I boiled 4 minutes this curry . After boiling i picked up this curry from pan.
When mustrad is hot in pan , I fried onion and garlic in pan. I mixed cumin paste in curry . Finally I added this curry with fry onion and garlic in pan. I boiled this curry 5 minutes . Thus I made Moringa oleifera ,potatoes and brinjal curry with pangaj fish .
