First of all, I would like to thank @steemhealth for organizing such a timely contest. Special thanks to @hmetu As the days go by, the incidence of heat is increasing. Bangladesh also gets much hotter than before. However, the temperature in some places is a little more or less. This heat causes many problems in the human body. We are all suffocating under the pressure of humidity now, sweating day and night. Absolutely dry, crunchy. Dry air in the afternoon, absorbs all the moisture of the skin even on hot days. That is why our country has been trying in various ways to fight the heat since ancient times. Physical fitness will depend on what you eat every day. Therefore, special diet has been followed in tropical countries since ancient times. Today I will discuss with you the fruit that I usually like in summer.
The fruit that I like to eat most in summer: -The fruit that I like to eat more in summer is a fruit that grows almost everywhere in Bangladesh in summer. Its name is jam fruit. The berries are black in color. The berries do not grow all year round but at a certain time of the year i.e. April-May the berries start flowering. Different varieties of this jam are found in our country. Berries are usually eaten as fresh fruit.

Brief introduction of blackberry fruit: This fruit is found all over Bangladesh. However, due to natural disasters and human ignorance, the number of blackberry trees in Bangladesh is gradually declining. The berries are usually 1 to 2.5 cm long but the area may be more or less special. The leaves of the blackberry tree are big, its leaves are very thick. Berries usually flower in March-April, but due to climate change, flowers appear in many areas sooner or later. Berries are suitable for eating in June-July.

Why do I eat this fruit more ?:I like to eat the fruit because of the taste. Which is sweet in taste and which is sour-sweet. It is more or less found everywhere in our country. Moreover, the price of this black fruit is also comparatively much lower, so it is available within reach.
Why do I eat this fruit in large quantities in summer ?: Jam has a lot of nutritional value. This jam is also used in medicine.
What is the nutritional value of fruits ?: Jams are rich in kilocalories, sugars, proteins, vitamin A, pantothenic acid B5, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium and many other minerals and organic matter.
How readily available is the blackberry fruit in my area ?: More or less blackberries are found almost everywhere in my area. My house is located in Bagerhat district. Jams are available in almost all the markets here in June-July. The price of jam here is up to 60-70 rupees per kg. Available within his means.

Importance of jam from health point of view: Jam fruit is being used in different countries of the world including Bangladesh for controlling various diseases. Jam is also used in Ayurvedic and Unani medicine. Jams are rich in Vitamin C, Zinc, Copper, Glucose, Dextrose and Fructose, Fiber, Antioxidants and Salicylates. Which has many health benefits.

Regular consumption of berries keeps the mind fresh: Regular consumption of berries produces a lot of glucose, dextrose and fructose in the body which gives people a lot of energy to work. As a person gets older, his strong humanity and memory decreases. If eaten regularly, it helps to keep the memory.
Helps to cure diabetes: Thousands of diabetic patients are growing every day in different countries of the world including Bangladesh. Berries are very useful for diabetics. If you eat berries regularly then diabetes can be reduced gradually. Diabetes is caused by an increase in the amount of sugar in the blood. So eating blackberries regularly helps to reduce blood sugar levels. Jam keeps the body healthy by controlling the blood sugar of diabetic patients.
Jam contains a lot of vitamin C: I have already said that jam contains a lot of vitamin C. This fruit eliminates the deficiency of vitamin C. Apart from this, there is no pair of jam to prevent bad breath, strong teeth, hard gums and prevent gum erosion.

Eating blackberries regularly keeps the heart healthy: If you eat blackberries regularly, you can lower your blood cholesterol levels a lot and keep your heart healthy. It also lowers the levels of contaminated carbon-di-oxide in the body and delivers oxygen to every part of the body. Berries help reduce high blood pressure.
Studies have shown that berries are beneficial in preventing cancer: Studies have shown that berries play an important role in preventing oral cancer by protecting the body from the effects of cancer-causing bacteria produced inside the mouth.
White or bloody diarrhea: Many of us do not know that the leaves of the blackberry tree also have many benefits. The juice of the young leaves of the berry is heated with a teaspoon of 2-3 teaspoons and the white or bloody diarrhea is cured in 2-3 days.
Regular consumption of blackberries removes the feeling of disgust in the mouth: Put ripe blackberries in salt for 3-4 hours, tie it in a bundle and pull it out.
