Importance of soup consumption for the body

Greetings dear friends from the community of Steem Health, today I come to talk about the importance of soup consumption for our body, There are many people who do not like to eat soup especially children and some adults prefer to eat it when they are sick. However, it is very valuable for our health to consume it frequently, because Its main ingredient is water, which allows it to maintain proper hydration, the use of vegetables and greens for its preparation will allow people to absorb micronutrients, minerals and vitamins. Depending on the type of meat that is used, the proteins will also be consumed, the cooking method used to prepare it helps to take advantage of all the nutrients.
In addition to nourishing us well, it is a food that facilitates good digestion. Soups and creams are prepared in all the cultures of the world, this food is part of the culinary tradition of their countries, in each part of the world they add different ingredients from their environment.
For example, in my country Venezuela, a lot of soup is consumed, it is part of our culinary tradition, there is a great variety of soups that we make of meat, chicken, fish or pork, sometimes when more than two types of meat are used we call it to the soup a cruzao. Also depending on the soup we call it sancocho, many times the lower extremities of the beef are included in the sancocho, that is, the legs of the cow.
We consume it like this because in the marrow, that is, in the bone marrow that is inside the bone of that animal, there are many vitamins and fatty acids that are used for the production of collagen, it is a healthy omega 3 fat that helps prevent vision problems.
For the aforementioned reasons and many others, the consumption of soup is beneficial for our health, that is why we must consume it regularly, if you are one of those people who does not like soup, I recommend that you reflect and begin to consider include it in your diet.
