Food is an element that gives us the energy we need to survive. That is why we need to eat nutritious or vitamin rich food at meal time. However, we all know that small species of fish are rich in vitamin A. Which helps to cure night blindness or eye problems. Nowadays most people suffer from eye problems. And it is most important to eat small fish to overcome this problem. And hog plum has a lot of vitamin C with unique nutritional value. Which is very beneficial for various diseases including scurvy and sores on the lips.

Bangladeshi rivers and canals are rich in small species of native fish such as mala fish. And because this fish is rich in vitamin A, eye doctors advise patients to eat this fish. It is very tasty to eat as well as rich in many nutrients. And I'm really excited to see my cooking recipe contest organized. I would like to thanks #Steem.health Community, from the bottom of my heart. Today I will share with you this recipe on how to cook this little fish. I hope you like it. This little fish curry needs that ingredient to cook

  • Mala fish (small fish of native species)
  • Hog Plum
  • Onion Chops
  • Garlic Chops
  • Ginger Paste
  • Oil
  • Green Chilli
  • Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt

How To Cook This Delicious Curry

First you have to cut the small fish well and clean the dirt inside and wash them well in water.

Then mix the fish with onion chops, garlic chops, turmeric powder, some green chillies, chilli powder, salt, oil and ginger paste. However, care must be taken to ensure that all components are quantitative. The amount of which should not be more.

Then a few hog plum should be well cut into pieces and cleaned.

Then heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion pieces well in that hot oil and add turmeric powder and chilli powder in the same amount.

Then leave the mixed fish in it as well as the pieces of hog plum. Then you have to take them cooking well for a while. Then add adequate amount of water. At the same time keep heating in the oven for a while and when the amount of water decreases, that is, the vegetable broth will decrease. Then the curry will be cooked. That means then the curry will be cooked. It is delicious to eat and has many nutrients so we should all eat this type of food.
