We are always negative about inner peace, we lose before we win, we unknowingly present ourselves as weak, in all cases we keep ourselves short.

Certainly in terms of inner peace we give power to others to interfere in our own existence and our peace of mind, in many occasions we do not even give importance to the fact of taking care of ourselves and loving ourselves. We must defend our inner peace and that starts with self-love.
