Hello steemians, This is my entry post to Steem Health Contest-1. I am telling you about fruit Lemons and their health benefits, especially in the summer season.

As the summer season arrives, We feel very warmer and we are drinking cold juice, eating fruits such as watermelon, grapes, etc. These fruits give us nutrition, vitamins. It helps for cooling our body. Because it contains a lot of water. In the summer season, we are drinking a lot of water that helps to protect ourselves from dehydration. In the summer season, Lemon water drink is very healthy. We feel fresh after drinking Lemon water. Drinking Lemon water helps in losing weight.

There is a 'C' vitamin in Lemons. That helps in our skin health. It gives nutrition to the skin and helps in glowing skin.

Top benefits of Lemons:
1. Helps in losing weight: Mix Lemon juice and honey in water. Drink it, it will help in losing weight.
2. Antibiotic quality: Destroys bacteria that cause disease.
3. Antiseptic quality: Helps to reduce internal bleeding such as bleeding in the nose.
4. Helps to reduce tooth pain: Apply Lemon juice to gums and massage it. It will help to reduce tooth pain
5. Good for hair: Applying Lemon juice on hair helps in dandruff and hair fall issues.
