Hello everyone! I hope you all are healthy and fit and enjoying your lives in a best way. Today is my first ever post in #steemhealth , as the contest is about health and created by my friend @ayeshagul, so it was most important to participate in it.

We all know health is wealth, if you are feeling sick or having a lack of nutrition, means you are missing a happy and healthy life. Nothing in this world can gives happiness untill or unless we are perfectly healthy. Health is above all.
So here, I have a Japanese cuisine to share which is a quite healthy food.

It's sushi, this is purely halal food with rice flavoured with vinegar and some light salt and pepper, besides there are vegetables in this which are great source of fiber and proteins, fish and seeweeds that are highly enriched with omega 3, which are essential fatty acids.
This Japanese dish is actually beneficial for our skin and helps prevent to look overage. As this contains some antioxidants that helps to prevent the damage to our cells and keep them active and younger.
I tried this recipe in a restaurant once in my life, but to be honest this didn't matched my taste may be I don't like fish too much, and most of us are not used to such dishes. But the one's who want to taste variety of dishes can try this healthy food. As it's a great source of energy.

Some other healthy foods
The above one was for the contest, but here I am sharing some useful and healthy foods that you can have easily on daily basis to balance your nutritional needs.

If you want to be a healthy person, just start consuming 3 dates per day, as these are an instant source of energy, boost our immunity, maintains the iron level that is a key element in our body, also helps in digestion and our heart health.

Try to have a glass of milk shake on daily basis containing 1 apple and 2 bananas. This is a best combo of minerals, proteins and fats.
Besides this, try to take some seasonal fruits on daily basis, they are an energy booster as well.

This may go out of the context, but I felt a need to share my knowledge with you all guys with the help of this platform.

Hi, First of all, thank you very much attiya for being a part of this contest...nice post and photography You are right about the dates It is very beneficial for the health and it is also Sunnah to eat many diseases are cured. And mango is a fruit that everyone loves ...lakin yar
