Fruit is nature’s candy. I know so many people have come to fear a category of real food that is good for you. Fruit, eaten in its whole form and proper portions has so many health benefits. It’s high in fiber and has essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Eat it fresh, frozen, blended into a smoothie or even grilled. Enjoy it however you like, just don’t skip it.
What’s your favorite fruit? Mine is watermelon 🍉 this time of year.
