Diabetic friendly soup

Hi all , today I am going to share a simple soup which very good for diabetes , and to those who like to reduce reduce weight.This soup helps to secrete insulin and you can also have this soup as your lunch or dinner

One of the drawback of diabetes is that is takes all our energy and people will feel tired always so it gives aged look even at young. But this soup gives an instant energy.

Ingredients needed:

Split yellow gram or toor dhal
Cold pressed sesame oil
Pepper corn
Cloves
Cumin seeds or jeera seeds
Cardamom
Organic turmeric powder
Cinnamon stick
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Chopped Tomatoes
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Recipe:

🍁Soak three tablespoon of split yellow gram or toor dal for half an hour.

🍁Heat a pan and add one cup of water and add soaked toor dal to it and cook until it gets soft.

🍁Meanwhile take another pan and add two teaspoons of cold pressed sesame oil and add 5 pepper corns, 2 cloves , 1 cardamom, half a spoon of cumin seeds , 1 inch of cinnamon stick, half a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder to it and fry them for a half a minute.

🍁 Now add small amount of chopped garlic and onions and saute them

🍁Add half a chopped tomato and required amount of Salt cook until gets soft

🍁Now add a big handful of curry leaves and cooked soften toor dhal to it and mix all for 1 minute

🍁Cool it and take a blender and then blend them in smoothy soup

🍁Garnish this soup with chopped coriander leaves

🍁Now the curry leaves soup is ready

This curry leaf soup is very filling and you can also replace with meals . This soup is not only best for diabetes as well for the people who like to reduce weight.
