My favorite fruit in summer are oranges Why do you consume lots of oranges in mysim heat in the summer I am more interested in consuming citrus fruits, because in the jerk fruit which contains almost 90 percent of this liquid is able to maintain the air content in the body and can also cool the body temperature in summer.
