Lutfunnahar, the vice chairman of Feni city, has filed a case against seven people, including Sadar Upazila Parishad chairman Shushen Sheel, and 50/60 anonymous people in connection with the vandalism at the Sensitive Hospital in Feni.

The other accused in the case are Abdul Awal Sabuj son of Abdur Rab of Gunak village of Sonagazi upazila, Abir Hossain son of Emran Hossain of Barahipur village of Feni Sadar upazila, Saiful Islam son of Shamsul Karim Prakash Kala Miah of Madhyam Dhalia village, Abdul Awal son of Maulvi Abdul Aziz of Izzatpur village Azahar, son of Tajul Islam Master, Rajib Ahmed, son of Jalal Ahmed Badhir and 50/60 members of anonymous youth-student league. Badini is the wife of Feni District Juba Dal president Zakir Hossain Jasim.

The case was filed in the court of Feni Senior Judicial Magistrate Kamrul Hasan on Tuesday, February 15.

Badini mentioned in the case that he has been running the Sensitive Hospital on Feni Trunk Road with a good reputation for a long time. On August 11, 2016, the other accused including the 1st, 2nd and 3rd accused demanded Rs. 5 lakh from him. He then filed a case in the Senior Judicial Magistrate's Court. Whose Petition No. 123/16. At the request of the next local MP, Badini withdrew the case in good faith.

At around 10:30 pm on February 10, the accused entered the hospital armed and started searching for Badini and the chairman of the hospital. Unable to find them, the nurses on duty at the hospital ordered the hospital staff including the doctors to leave the hospital. When the medical staff showed reluctance to leave the hospital, they killed, punched and injured the female nurses by tearing their clothes. At one stage, the director of the hospital Fazlul Haque threatened Munna and took the key of the main gate of the hospital.

The accused took away about 30,000 rupees in cash, 120,000 rupees in cash, 150,000 rupees and valuable documents including checkbooks of five banks. At one point patients in the hospital cabin and ward were forced to leave the hospital. The patients left the hospital in an ambulance on their own initiative. The main gate of the hospital was locked after evacuating the duty bearers.

Attempts to unlock the hospital if he did not pay the demanded dues on the way would result in the shooting death of the hospital's chairman and director, and the assailants exploded several cocktails, threatening to set the hospital on fire.

In this situation, about one crore taka of medical equipment kept in the hospital was stolen and the samples of the patients in the lab were feared to be lost. The accused also took away the signboard of the hospital around 11:30 pm on February 11.
