"Healing blues"

Antes que nada un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Steemit! ¡en especial a todos los amantes de la música, una pasión que tenemos el placer y el privilegio de compartir en esta plataforma.

Estimados steemians, en esta ocasión quiero compartir con todos ustedes una improvisación instrumental en la tonalidad de si menor (Bm) y re mayor (D) que grabé con el apoyo de mi amigo @franciscodesousa en la guitarra base, lo hicimos con mucho cariño, disfrutamos mucho improvisando y simplemente sintiendo la música, dejándola fluir, drenando las energías negativas y nutriéndonos de las vibraciones positivas y de la alegría que nos trae la música. He titulado este pequeño instrumental como "Healing Blues" precisamente por la fe que tengo en la música como elemento reparador y potencialmente curativo, actualmente estoy sufriendo algunos problemas de salud que han sido persistentes en los últimos meses, sin embargo confío en que mi La recuperación será rápida y pongo mi fe en Dios y en el poder curativo de la música. Creo que uno de los factores que hace de la música una poderosa herramienta curativa es el hecho de que nos ayuda mucho a combatir el estrés, ese enemigo tóxico y mortal que envenena nuestras vidas con angustia y ansiedad por diferentes causas, cuando disfrutamos de la música. Ya sea jugando o escuchándolo, nuestros niveles de estrés disminuyen, lo que se traduce en grandes beneficios para nuestra salud a largo plazo. ¡Sin más preámbulos, espero que disfrutes de nuestra improvisación!

Dear steemians, this time I want to share with you all an instrumental improvisation in the key of B minor (Bm) and D major (D) which I recorded with the support of my friend @franciscodesousa on the base guitar, we did this with great affection, We really enjoy improvising and just feeling the music, letting it flow, draining negative energies and nourishing ourselves with the positive vibes and happiness that music brings us. I have titled this little instrumental as "Healing Blues" precisely because of the faith that I have in music as a restorative and potentially curative element, I am currently suffering from some health problems that have been persistent in recent months, however I trust that my recovery will be speedy and I place my faith in God and in the healing power of music. I think that one of the factors that makes music a powerful healing tool is the fact that it helps us a lot to combat stress, that toxic and deadly enemy that poisons our lives with anguish and anxiety for different causes, when we enjoy music. Whether playing it or listening to it, our stress levels decrease which translates into great benefits for our long-term health. Without further ado, I hope you enjoy our improvisation!
