Hello! Friend how are you all of you. I hope you will be fine. Alhamdulilah I am also fine with the grace of Allah Almighty. Friends morning walk is very essential for us and exercise is also very important for a man. I am very thankful to this community through which i will share my thoughts with you. So let's start.

Morning Walk:

It is said that 10 minutes walking after each meal low the blood sugar level in the patients of diabetes. 10 minutes after eating is more beneficial than walking for 30 minutes at any other time of the day. Friends you will see many people near your home which go for a morning walk get up early in the morning. As an experiment, they will be healthier if you take note of them than you. In our young generation it is trend to Stay up late. They use mobile phones late night and some watch TV late night. Then they get tomorrow late. This habit are doing them so far from morning walk. At evening you are busy in different types of work like as some go to schools, universities and colleges, and some are busy in their jobs. That's why those people not take proper time to walk nether evening nor morning. Ask a doctor or physician how important walking is. So the day will end but its benefits will not end. Here i am telling you only walk not i am describing running or jogging. If you make your habit to walk daily only 30 to 60 minutes it has a lot benefits which you never thoughts.

It is said that if you will be health inside your body that your internal health will show on your skin. People which do morning walk daily 30 to 60 minutes their skin looks very good. A research tells that a man who walk daily 30 minutes a week daily They may look about ten years younger than their age. Its means that walking is also anti aging. When your body sweats quickly. Sweats remove the toxic of your body quickly. It resolves the issues of your skin. It protects your skin. If you want your skin may live young and fresh so make your habit to walk daily 30 to 40 minutes only. Walking makes your hair look much better Because this is how blood circulates throughout the body and And nutrition reaches to hairs which helps to grow the hairs. Vitamin D is very essential for our health. Deficiency of Vitamin may make the bones weak and it may make our teeth weak. I am surprised when i read that those people who walk daily 30 minutes They go beyond vitamin D deficiency.

IF you have deficiency blood or weak bones you should do out door walk daily 40 minutes. In this way Vitamin D will be produce. Some people have disease to not sleeping at night if they will make habit to walk daily 40 minutes they will be fine and will sleep well at night. Even for people who have poor digestion they also need of walking. Walking is also essential for the patient of constipation. Walking may lose your weight those people who is suffer in disease of heavy weight if they will walk daily 30 minutes their weight will be lose. Your calories will be burn because of walking. Your metabolism will be fast because of walking. A man which has weight over 100 kg he should do walk daily 40 minutes. We should join Jim for exercise and to lose weight.

yeah morning walk is very good for health. when you on walk you meet new peoples and interact with them and morning weather gives a pleasure both think are very improtant for mental health.
