My dear friends!
In every area there are different food, every food has different taste, so in my area, there is also one of the most favorite food is rice, we also called it cholay chawal, but i belive it that every love to eat it, so i ate this in fair , so i liked it, lets start story of fair with you all , hope you all will enjoy it.
ہر علاقے میں مختلف کھانے پائے جاتے ہیں ، ہر کھانے کا ذائقہ مختلف ہوتا ہے ، لہذا میرے علاقے میں ، چاول بھی سب سے زیادہ پسندیدہ کھانا ہے ، ہم اسے چولے چاول بھی کہتے ہیں ، لیکن مجھے یقین ہے کہ ہر ایک اسے کھا پیتا ہے ، لہذا میں نے یہ میلے میں کھایا ، لہذا مجھے یہ پسند آیا ، آپ سب کے ساتھ میلے کی کہانی شروع کرنے دیں ، امید ہے کہ آپ سب اس سے لطف اندوز ہوں گے۔
Yesterday was a very pleasant day. I ate a lot of food at the festival on Tuesday and one of them was Jalebi. About which I mentioned in my previous post. And after eating jalebi we went to the chickpea palao seller and when we saw a beautiful salad made of vegetables on his redi, my friend and I were filled with hunger.
We ordered two plates of delicious chicken pilaf and we ate with great pleasure.
Chicken pilaf is a street food. Cheap rice in my area is also called Chhole Palau.
We paid Rs. 50 per plate and one kg of shop or palao is Rs. 500 to Rs. 600 per kg.
Chickpeas also mix salad and yogurt sauce with rice sellers. Which the eater likes very much
کل کا دن بہت ہی خوشگوار دن تھا۔ میں نے منگل کے میلہ پر بہت سارے کھانے کھائے اور ان میں سے ایک جلیبی تھی۔ جس کےمتعلق میں نے اپنی گزشتہ پوسٹ میں ذکر کیا تھا۔ اور جلیبی کھانے کے بعد ہم نے چھولے پلاو بیچینے والے کی طرف گئے اور جب ہم نے اسکی ریڑی پر سبزیوں سے بنا خوبصورت سلاد دیکھا تو میرے اور میرے دوست کے منہ میں بھوک سے پانی بھر آیا۔
ہم نے دو پلیٹ لعزیز چھولے پلاو کا order دیا اور ہم نے خوب لطف اندوز ہوکر کھایا۔
چھولے پلاو ایک سٹریٹ فوڈ ہے۔ میرے علاقے میں سستے چاول کو چھولے پلاو بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔
ہم نے فی پلیٹ پاکستانی پچاس روپے قیمت ادا کی اور جب کہ دوکان یا پلاو کا ایک کلو پانچ سو روپے سے چھ سو روپے فی کلو ہے۔
چھولے پلاو بیچینے والے چاول کے ساتھ سلاد اور دہی کی چٹنی بھی مکس کرکے دیتے ہیں۔ جو کھانے والو کو بہت پسند ہے

Ma shaa Allah yousuaf bhai. I could never think of a chana chat biryani :p but since i have seen it, i will definitely try it at home😁 voz you won't get this in Karachi anywhere as karachi is a place where Biryani rules❤️🤣 and it would be considered as humiliation of biryani if sold in the market😁😁😁😁

Yousuf bhai, seriously I have seen this dish for the first time but it looks too much Tasty. I have seen and ate many chana chawal before but those doesn't look like this.
