Distractions? Internal triggers or external triggers?
Internal triggers are uncomfortable emotional states that we seek to escape from and it is the cause of nearly all of our behavior this desire to escape discomfort for example when you're feeling lonely, you check Facebook, when you're uncertain you'll Google it when you're bored lots of solutions to boredom. To become indestructible is to learn to master these internal triggers that overwhelmingly and from where our distractions begin.
let me give you one quick tip you can use right now to start mastering these internal triggers this is called the 10-minute rule I don't remember from where I studied it but anyways when you experience that urge that might lead you to do something you'll later regret.

when you tell yourself, " no this is very important" we know that absent for telling yourself a strict NO, don't do it and it actually makes you want things more for instance pulling out a rubber band if you pull on a rubber band it goes tighter until you can't stretch anymore then when you finally let go and then it doesn't go back to where it started.
The 10-minute rule teaches us to work 10 minutes with concentration and then take a relief. Then again start the 10-minute rule and so on. This will definitely increase your productivity if you get distracted so easily.
