What we should do in the morning?

Do these 5 things every morning for your health :

DRINK A GLASS OF WATER

When you wake up in the morning what's the first thing you do check your phone and brush your teeth if you're not gulping down a nice glass of water you're doing yourself a disservice. There are many reasons why drinking first in the morning is a fantastic idea.
• Drinking water just after you wake up sets your body smooth digestion throughout the day after a night of sleep you've probably gone to the bathroom at least five to eight hours so regular digestion hasn't taken the place drinking water at this time helps any flush out any toxins that have been sitting in your belly while you were sleeping and since you haven't eat anything yet this flush is very smooth and effective.
• Drinking water first thing in morning is also a great idea if you're watching your weight.
Overall more water you consume the better your body functions so it make sense to start the day off with a glass of this stuff.

EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST

But avoid the sugary breakfast this sugary breakfast does nothing to help your body throughout the day it may give you a bit of an energy at first but when your blood sugar level drops after a couple of hours you'll crash and be tired and hungry again so that's why avoid the sugary breakfast instead of sugary treats take a breakfast with full of nutrition it will give you more energy for a day for examples [oats, added fruits to your oats bowl, eggs, eggs with onion (for delicious breakfast)]

GET UP AS SOON AS YOUR ALARM GOES OFF

I know there's truly no sound worse than alarm sound going off except when it goes off a second third time when you fall a sleep and wake up again 10 or 20 mins later you're interrupting your sleep cycle which will make you feel super groggy and disoriented long after you get out of bed ty getting 7 to 8 hours sleep at night then as soon as the alarm goes off get up and out of bed even it feels bad at first you'll thanks yourself later :)

LET THE SUNSHINE

When you wake up first your eyes fairly sensitive to light so doing this may be tough and difficult but it's important to open blinds your body performs many function througout the day like releasing hormones and more and does thisby knowing that's a day time. If you're wake up in darkness like your room light is off and window curtains stop the sunshine your body thinks it's not a time to function yet this delays your body's natural rhythm.

GET MOVING

After a long night of sleep your muscles and joints may feels a little tight and stiff. If you begin your day with without doing any stretching or movement you're more likely to hurt yourself later on so move your body first when you wake up do some exercise go in the park and run if you can't so jog or walk movement of your body is important for your good day.
