The biggest lie in the world is denying Allah.

I have thought about this again and again.
This is a very true point, and please let me explain how I mean it.

  1. I am not a Muslim, but I agree. I am also not a Jew or a Buddhist; I left the Christian church many years ago. But I did not become an atheist, I do not deny God or Allah or - if I may put it independently of any particular religion - the highest of all deities (if there are more than one, which I personally do not believe, but that is not a point of discussion now).

  2. Why is the greatest of all lies that there is no deity?
    a) Because this claim is destructive, and it cannot be proven. It is put into the world for ideological reasons.
    b) Because it is POSSIBLE for reason to believe in a supreme and good deity, and because it is COMMANDED for reason - not by that deity, but from its own laws (which may come from that deity or arise from its own freedom). Reason is commanded by itself to believe in the good, because only in this way are social and personal ETHICAL VALUES possible.

  3. Thus the (false) assertion that there is no deity is of equal importance with the nihilistic assertion that there is no highest good and therefore only relative values, today such, tomorrow others, in this country this, elsewhere that. This lie then gives rise to your third lie: that the law is the same for all, although it is not true at all, because some despise God and Allah so much that they bend the law.

  4. But now it is important to recognise that the assertion that good is commanded and that belief in a deity is possible is by no means PROOF or compelling to the mind that this IS so. Then it would be a knowledge and not a belief. To deny Allah is the greatest lie. But to confess Allah in words without deeds is equal to that lie, and to take Allah for something that can be KNOWN is a mistake. This, of course, applies to the other deities as well.

  5. "Say: God is One, One eternally pure, Has not begotten, nor has any begotten Him, And not like Him is one." (al-Ichlas)*)

  6. And for that, none of those who kill "in the name of Allah" will ever be respected by me. They are wrong, and betrayed by the greatest lie of all - which is to deny Allah. For it is obvious (at least it seems obvious to me) that such a powerful, an omnipotent God will never need to harm people who cannot believe in Him. Instead, he will be gracious and merciful because he is the supreme good.

  7. Don't get me wrong: the same goes for burning "in the name of God" or "in the name of Jesus" or whatever they called their gods and sons of gods (as if there could be such - except in a metaphorical sense).

  • You have explained your ideas in correct words.
  • In the end, you gave references to some verses of the Holy Quran which are of great importance.
  • There is a lot to write but I don't want to write anything here that will hurt anyone's heart. I will say that without God there was nothing before and nothing will be now.
  • God is the only reality in this universe. May God guide whoever needs it
