Steemit Engagement Challenge Week 3 || Defend the Statements by @temitopef

Good day dear Steemians, it's another beautiful week and trust you all are doing great. This is the third week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge contests and I have started writing the contest organized again for this week here in @steemit-pak. Thanks for bringing this interesting contest topic. The topics I will be discussing today are:

I strongly believe in this topic because some parent believes punishing their children for their wrongdoing will make them have a change of mind, but this causes a lot of harm to the kids that are involved and the society at large, as this could lead to aggression, hatred, bad behavior, bully, some mental problem (Fear, Self-denial and Self-punishing) and sometimes absconding from home. Some people continue doing the wrong things even though they knew they will be punished but they are used to being punished and sees it as the norm.

This type of kids force themselves to be strong and bully others because they derive joy from seeing others in pain too. Some believed they were not loved, they can easily be influenced by bad peers and involved themselves in terrible things. Also, punishment affects some people mentally, punishing them makes them feel guilty and shameful, and such people can resolve into self-punishment and torture.

I strongly disagree with this topic as well even though a woman's task in her house is not an easy one, I believe a woman's place should be more than in the kitchen. A woman should have access to proper education and become greater in the future too, all because of the saying of woman's place is in the kitchen, most man has no respect for their woman all because they think she is useless while they are the only one providing for the needs of the family, the most woman is subjected to abuse and have no say being suggestions or advice in the family.

Furthermore, with the economy of this present moment, If a family wants to give their children a good education and live a modest life, women need to work to help and support their husbands financially either by being self-employed or doing salary paying jobs, also if anything happens to their husband's job, the woman will be helping till everything comes back to normal. Take for instance, during the Corona virus pandemic one of my neighbors lost his job and the family was being sustained with his wife's salary for like 7months till he got a new job.

Women are good at multitasking and helping and supporting their education, and jobs will not affect taking care of their home. Even now no man wants to marry a liability, parent should be able to train their female children more than kitchen education alone but to be given proper education so that they can be useful for themselves, and their families.

Votes are not guaranteed on Steemit most especially by steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 and these are my reasons for saying that, Steemit is a very big platform with thousands of active users with different communities, and we all know that voting mana decreases as it's been used per day, if all these thousands of people made a post per day there is no how all of us can be curated by 01 & 02, we all know it's not an easy task checking all articles and the voting mana has to be maintained to retain value.

However adhering to the rules of making quality posts, powering up 50% or more of our earnings, being consistent, and engaging in commenting and voting on other people's posts might help but even with the compliance with all these rules, voting from the top Steem curators may not come easily. Patience is virtue, users should be consistent with quality on Steemit, a time is coming for everyone to get noticed.

Punishment, especially extreme one never has a good effect rather it causes more harm and leaves a negative effect on the person. The woman is a wonderful and supportive individual that did all their best in supporting her husband to ensure their family is in order and not lacking, I am happy to be one of the hardworking women. Lastly, Steemit is a big platform with so many active users, and steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 votes cannot circulate because the mana decreases with voting and this makes votes not to be guaranteed, everybody have to be patient and understand that fact.
