Steemit Engagement Challenge Week # 4 Propose a New Project for Steemit //Proposal On The Ongoing Steemit Contest Project by @tangwe-rene//

Greetings to this great and wonderful Esteem Steemians platform, today is another edition with another challenge in steemit platform.
Here, new contest come with new challenges with new overcoming but before then ,
I want to start by congratulating the whole steemit platform,I also want to congratulate also the support them and the team curator.
I also want to congratulate the contestants for the are doing a wonderful job.
Contest week#4 challenge in the pakistan steemit community,has given us the privilege and the opportunity to express our gratitude and honour to write on how we feel about the platform as far as steemit engagement challenge are concerned but I must say it is an opportunity for me to pay that honour by expressing my suggestion or proposal on the ongoing contest challenge and other activities as far a steemit is concerned.
Some proposal or Suggestions For The Ongoing contest Challenges
As far as steemit engagement challenge contest Ongoing are concerned,there are some things that rely need to be put in to consideration
1). Motivation in top post selected members.
In the steemit platform engagement challenge contest,went people are announced winner,there are supposed to be rewarded the reason for this is because a Community will arrange a challenge for the top best five winner and at the end of the contest,the selected members are not rewarded making the steemit to slow down as far contest Challenges are concerned due to the lack of the motivation which is the almost goal that keeps them working in all their contest.
2). Rotation in Community rewards
Most of these Community in the steemit platform supposed to have a rotation In Community rewards in the sense that ,as challenges passes by, rewards should also move to those Community in order to support those contestants . because went these Community are supported,it let to increase in voting with more Powering up that can let to more upvoting from other individual which can let to the growth and support of the steemit platform.
3). Moderate up coming Contest
The steemit platform engagement challenge contest has to be modified in such way that will favor all the contestants in the steemit platform engagement.
Most at time some of these contest came which are more difficult for us to find a solution to it so as to meet up with the challenge.s
Some of these activities are organize without considering those that live in local community like us in africa,we find it very difficult to buy something because we live in very local community with little or nothing.
For Example
We are ask in one of our contest toprepare a pizza ,for us in local community in africa 🌍,it already a hinder for us because we don't know how to do it and more to that we don't have finance to purchase the item that can enable us make the pizza 🍕.
4).Make use of current contest
Most contest should be modified in a way that it should favour most individual.
New ideas should be brought in such as going to the market to buy some few items which we can used in preparation for something rather than buy something that we don't even know an ideal if how to make which hinder us from writing.
Some attempted Solution to This Ongoing contest Challenges
Some suggestions solution to these Ongoing contest Challenges are as shown below
1).give credit to other Community
There should always rotate voting power to other Community so as to encourage so as to new constestants are also motivated.
2).Encourage top winner
Winner o from all the difference Community are always support to be rewarded for their excellent job well done so as to.keep been motivated for further hand work.
3 Modified their Contest challenge
Most of the task shades should be modified in respective of our community ,the reason for saying so is because some task has been giving to us without considering the word inclusion
Meaning most of us were left behind.
Conclusion
I want to use this opportunity to thank everyone in this wonderful platform and also want to use it as a medium to invite some of my friends to come paticipate in these great contest

Nice proposals and good way forward my friend . Steemit is a decentralised platform and and users have the right to bring in modifications that will better the platform.
