Steemit Engagement Challenge Week 2 || my Country festival Eid-ul-Fitr || @tahirazaman
Assalam-o-Aliakum
- As you know, Steemit Engagement Challenge Week 2 is here . In which we have to tell about our culture or our religious festival ۔I thought I'd take part in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Week 2 too
- I thought I'd give you some information about my religious festival that I know. And we are celebrating this festival today. Praise be to Allaah. I am a Muslim and our religious festivals are two. One is Eid-ul-Fitr and the other is Eid-ul-Adha. Today we are celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr
Eid-ul-Fitr is an important religious festival
- Eid-ul-Fitr is an important religious festival celebrated by Muslims around the world at the end of the month of Ramadan. Muslims are forbidden to fast on the day of Eid. Muslims observe Eid on the first of Shawwal after fasting 29 or 30 days of Ramadan
Preparations for Eid-ul-Fitr
- Officially, Eid-ul-Fitr is a public holiday. There is an element of excitement in the preparation of Eid-ul-Fitr, whether it is for children or for adults. The preparation of women and children is visible. In preparation for Eid, Nat comes to see the shopping of new clothes and other accessories which come to the fore as the soul of a living nation. Every human being participates in the joys of Eid according to his ability. I also participated in the joys of Eid-ul-Fitr to the best of my ability. I took children's shoes for children's clothes, took children's watches, stole for girls. False for your clothes and jewelry. Muslims try to be well prepared

Our method of celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr
- On the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims perform Ghusl and perform Wudhu. Then they wear clean clothes. And they go to the Eidgah or to the Jama Masjid and offer Eid-ul-Fitr prayers.

Then they return to their home. And they say Eid Mubarak to their family members and hug them. Then everyone meets their relatives, friends and loved ones and says Eid Mubarak. Then they distribute Eid among the children. And the poor distribute gifts to the poor and needy and embrace them

We celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr at home in our country
- Children are very happy on Eid-ul-Fitr because children also get Eid and everyone expresses immense love for the older children in the house.
- We all wake up early in the morning on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr. Because after the morning prayers, everyone starts preparing for Eid-ul-Fitr. In the morning, everyone has breakfast with tea and sweets like sweet desi ghee halwa. Then all the men go to the mosque to offer Eid prayers. After the Eid-ul-Fitr prayers, everyone returns home. Then everyone says Eid Mubarak to each other. Everyone gives Eid to the big and the small. Then all the relatives go to the house to say Eid Mubarak. And they celebrate Eid with each other. This is the tradition of our village and also the way of Islamic teachings. Then everyone comes home and delicious food is prepared in everyone's house.
- We make goat curry and homemade chicken biryani rice at home as well as yogurt salad. After eating, they rest for a while and then go to the city in the evening in the parks. Parks are very busy
