Betterlife || The diary game || 18th March || Family day out!

We had been planning to go to Mandi since so many days but we couldn't for so many reasons and then finally we made a plan to go to Mandi house. I've been to Mandi house a dozen times and this time I was going altogether with my cousins aunty uncle grandmother nd everyone else. Mandi house location's at shaheed e Millat road, PECHS society. We were 11 people and we needed two cars for everybody to fit so half people went on Uber and the other half in our car. We reached there in 40 minutes approximately because of the traffic, we had already made reservation for ourselves so we were not worried about reaching on time :p My uncle, aunty, cousins and grandmother were visiting Mandi for the very first time and surprisingly they didn't actually know about Mandi and that it is really famous over here and people actually love it. So they were trying it for the first time.
When we got there, they actually liked the interior over there. In United states there are restaurants with tables and chairs and in mandi house, they have sitting options on floor as well as on tables, so we reserved our place at booth which had privacy walls and we all sat on the floor and ordered our food and waited for 20 minutes till we received our order.

My family from USA really loved the place and the sitting area because in united states, there is not a place like this where people can go to restaurant and sit on the floor and eat comfortably, they were doing this for the very first time in forever :p and they loved the experience.
So the food that we ordered was

• Chicken Faham
• Spicy chicken meshvi
• 2 chapati
• 8 garlic naan
• 9 pepsi
• 1 chicken madbi

This was chicken faham that we ordered. It was enough since in mandi you can refill the rice without getting charged.

and this Spicy chicken meshvi served with 2 chapati and salad.

And this was their garlic naan, to die for. I've eaten garlic naan from different restaurants but this was really amazing.

The total bill was 8,582 rupees including 13% tax.

We came back home, I made some green tea for everyone since my family loves green tea and they don't go a day without having it :p They actually really loved the food and they have plans to visit again. Out of everything, I loved the part that we were together, everyone gets so busy in their lives but still we took out sometime for ourselves so we can spend sometime together putting everything else aside and since it was thursday night and tomorrow was friday so I was relieved from the worries of university work. We really loved the food and everything else, made another memory together and many more to come.
