We all want to live a healthy and happy life and we take care of ourselves for that. For many of us, only a healthy body leads to a healthy life. But that's not true, you cannot be well being unless and until you have healthy mind and healthy soul along with healthy body. These three are actually the pillars of healthy life. One need to understand the connectivity between these three components of happier life and how they work to make you healthy for long time.

The Connection Between Body, Spirit and Mind

Have you ever experienced that when you are going through some problems, certain changes are occur in your body. A disturbed mind effect the body to the greater extent. If your mind is not healthy and focused and passing through any problem, you cannot sleep well because your mind will keep thinking all the time about that issue. You won't be able to eat properly as your mind will be engaged all the time in that problem and the neurons to feel hungry will not be produced so you won't feel hungry. Your digestive system will be effected by this too.

The health and spirituality are linked with each other. Most of the time, people bound the concept of spirituality with just religion and beliefs which is absolutely wrong. It involves to find out the thing which make you happy, setting the goals and searching out the real mean of life. Otherwise you will go intro depression zone. Below is how the mind, soul and body work together to make us healthy and happy.

The Healthy Body

If you have good health, you have a very energetic brain too. A healthy body is one which do not suffering with any sort of illness and actively perform all his jobs regularly. A healthy body is main component for getting success because if you are healthy, then you will put your efforts actively and give your 100%. It will be resulted in your promotion. A healthy body always seek activities to engaged in. With healthier body, you will live long and will enjoy moments of life with more excitement.

1- Develop a healthy eating habit
2- Sleep well
3- Regular checkup
4-Excercise
5- Outing
6- Spend some time with your friends

The Healthy Soul

The soul is most important pillar of a healthy life. The soul is not just bounded to the religion, if is more than that. If you are spiritually healthy, you will realize that you are more than you think you are. You will solve the riddles of universe with calm soul.

1- Spending time where you will share yourself with the others
2- Develop the habit of giving instead of taking
3- Donate and help someone without expecting anything in return.

The Healthy Mind

A healthy mind make you more active, energetic and focused. You feel fresh and think positive. This effect your body positively and you enjoy wellbeing life. You focus and think about the things in your surrounding which make your mind more healthy because just like your body need to sleep for good health, your mind require the new thing to think about.

3- Try to explore the nature everyday
4- Develop a habit of reading

It is not possible to be healthy or happy if any of these is disturbed. A healthy soul make your mind fresh, positive, healthy and active. A healthy mind make your body energetic and focused. A healthy body will lead toward the happier life.

HOW TO BALANCE MIND BODY AND SOUL

Eat healthy Food: Let's start from your diet. If you eat fresh and pure, your inner system will work properly and your organs will get the all vitamins and nutrition which will make you active. Your brain be work with more focused and your soul will feel more fresh.

Exercise: Exercise effect your soul, mind and body a lot. Just select an appropriate exercise and do it on regular base. You will see a visible improvement within a month. Your mind and soul will be stress free.

Sleep well: If your sleeping timing is not good then how can you expect your mind perform properly. Try to sleep for 8 hour a day. It not just will relax your mind but also will effect positively.

Think Positive: Think positive, do positive then everything will be positive.

Breath deeply: A deep breath will help you to relax your soul innerly. It will help you to inhale the fresh air which will vanish all the stress and tension from your brain and your soul will feel lighten.

Be Thankful: Don't think about the thing which you don't have. Always be thank full for what you have. The "i wish" and "if" always keep you in stress and you cannot even enjoy the moment of life with which you are blessed.

Your goal: Set your goal of your life and work with your dull attention to achieve that. Don't distract from your goal.

Smile more: The thing that matter lot for living a wellbeing life is Smile. It has proven by the science that smile can release you stress and light your soul and your brain from the worries.


Ways to Improve Your Memory

Your memory get effected positively or negatively with different thing(eating habits, exercise, meditation, deceases, etc). Forgetting things or moments is natural because a human with normal IQ cannot memorize all the things but when you start forgetting the things to the abnormal level, it get worst and become more frustrating. This may result in some sort of brain deceases such as memory loss, short term memory or many more.

So we always take care our mind to sharp our memory. You do not need a very high IQ to memorize all the things, but some good habits can sharp your memory and make you more intelligent. There are two types of memory. We need to find out which memory of our is faster.

Listening memory: Sometime when you listen something, it remain in your brain for long time and you memorize by listening that thing so rapidly.

Sight Memory: Sometime when you see something, it remain for longer time in your brain and you memorize the written thing faster.

Some among them are as follow:

Pay more attention: If you start paying more attentions on the events which happen in your life, you will be able to memorize them well for long time. Many techniques are there to make our brain more focused.

Meditation: Set your routine in such a way that there must be some time to relax your mind. Try to built habit to meditate your brain on regular base. Doesn't matter which technique you adopt for meditation, it always will result in an active and intelligent mind.

Sleep Well: Try to sleep for 8 hours in a day. If you sleep well, it will effect your mental heath as well as your body get highly effected by your sleeping timing.

Exercise: Exercise is a key to sharp your memory. Exercise active your neurons and you become more sharper and intelligent.

Spent some time with nature: Nature will always return you what you are expecting from it. Try to spend sometime in focusing on the nature and you will feel that it effects your mental heath to the great extent. The best time to talk with nature and to get full benefit out of it is when sun is rising.

Keep learning: Develop a habit of learning from your surrounding. Observation make you more sharper and you learn more from observation rather than anything else.

Reading: There are some neurons in your brain which remain in sleeping condition and don't active in normal condition. But when you read something, even those neuron get activate and your brain work more smoothly. So try to read a book every day.

Activate all of your senses: If you sit idly, your brain will become dull with the passage of time. If you focus on something and try to learn with all your senses, it will help your mind to memorize that thing for longer period of time.

Be confident: Sometime there are some people who have an outstanding IQ level, but they cannot get success as they don't have confidence. This lack of confidence spoil all their sharp mental abilities. So be confident. If you believe in your self, you will be more successful as you get what you think or expect.

Repeat: Once you heard a lecture or something you want to learn, try to repeat that thing loudly or write it down on any paper.

Be passionate: Try to do the thing which bring a bid smile on your face and make you happy and release your stress. Do the thing that matter for you and don't do the thing which don't
