Steemit Growth Programs sounds pretty useful idea. I believe newcomers suffer the most for their growth, as they dont know a lot of things about Steemit and even after producing quality content, they dont get enough votes that they desserve. Through this program we can help newcomers stablise themself on Steemit and this way they'll be more motivated to produce quality content and improve their continuity.
I really appreciate for coming up with this great idea.
It would be awesome if there could be anything done to put this suggestion into action.
