Supporting art is exactly equal to promoting healthy minds. I am a big supporter of Literature and Arts and I think these are the two subjects which play role if 'getaway' from this hustling real life.
I have also made a similar suggestion in my participation post.
We really need art work to freshen up exhausted/stressed minds.
