Hoy es domingo 31 de Enero de 2021, el reloj marca las 20:41 de la noche, hora de Venezuela, en este momento estoy escribiendo todas las actividades que me han tocado hacer durante este maravilloso día, siempre los días productivos son buenos y este es uno de ellos.

Today I started the day thanking God for allowing me to see this new day, after my personal hygiene, I went to water the plants on the balcony while my wife prepared the coffee, then I sat down to enjoy the coffee.

Mi esposa y yo hoy nos levantamos a las 5:30 am, ella tenia que preparar su ropa y el desayuno porque tenia que ir temprano a la Iglesia. hoy comencé el dia dando agracias a Dios por permitirme ver este nuevo día, después de mi aseo personal, me fui a regar las plantas en el balcón mientras mi esposa preparaba el café, luego me senté a disfrutar del cafecito.

Ayer hubo una información que se iba a suspender el servicio de agua potable en la zona de Puerto la Cruz, a partir de las 6 de la mañana, por esta razón fui al cuarto de bombas para saber si estaba llegando agua, pero gracias a Dios todo estaba bien, había agua y puse a llenar el tanque de reserva.

<Luego corte unas flores del jardín para adornar un florero y subí hasta el apartamento a buscar las llaves para revisar el carro y a la vez para calentarlo mientras mi esposa se terminaba de alistar, gracias a Dios el agua y el aceite estaba bien, solo le faltaba un poquito de aire a un caucho y encendí el vehículo, llego mi esposa y le abrí el portón del estacionamiento, pero en la despedida me dijo que la ayudara a preparar el almuerzo, bueno amigos, la verdad es que tenia pensado preparar una sopa para hoy, creo que ella me leyó la mente.

After saying goodbye to my wife, I went up to the apartment, because we live on the third floor, and I started to wash some clothes in the washing machine, taking advantage of the fact that water was still entering, then I sat down to breakfast and while I had breakfast it occurred to me to clean the kitchen because since December 31 of last year it had not been cleaned, so I decided to take advantage of the morning by washing my pants, attending to the water pump and especially cleaning the kitchen because I had to finish it before 11 in the morning, to prepare the lunch, the idea is to prepare the soup before my wife arrived, something like a surprise that I was going to give her.

Después de despedirme de mi esposa subí al apartamento, porque vivimos en el tercer piso, y me puse a lavar una ropa en la lavadora aprovechando que aun estaba llegando agua, luego me senté a desayunar y mientras desayunaba se me ocurrió limpiar la cocina porque desde el 31 de Diciembre del año pasado no se limpiaba, de manera que decidí aprovechar la mañana lavando mis pantalones, atendiendo la bomba de agua y sobre todo hacerle la limpieza a la cocina porque tenia que terminarla antes de las 11 de la mañana, para preparar el almuerzo, la idea es preparar la sopa antes que llegara mi esposa, algo así como una sorpresa que le iba a dar.

To clean the kitchen we use a liquid degreaser, this is a job that requires a lot of patience because we cannot remove the grease with metal objects because the iron is scratched, so I had to apply the degreaser and hot water, the edges of the I cleaned them with sandpaper park is an aluminum material, I did this job in two hours, the kitchen was like new.

La verdad es que la cocina necesitaba una limpieza profunda, las estufas estaban llenas de grasa y algunas con restos de aceite quemado, por lo que en realidad la idea de limpiar la cocina fue una buena decisión y otra sorpresa para mi esposa. Para la limpieza de la cocina use un liquido desengrasante, este es un trabajo que requiere mucha paciencia porque la grasa no la podemos remover con objetos metálicos porque se raya la lámina, así que tuve que aplicar el desengrasante y agua caliente, los bordes de las estufar los limpie con lija parque es un material de aluminio, este trabajo lo realicé en dos horas, la cocina quedó como nueva.

A las 11 y 45 minutos de la mañana, comencé a preparar la sopa de res con verduras, ají dulce, cilantro, ajo, ajo porro, orégano, cebollas y perejil, me gusta preparar las hervidos o sancochos, como se le llama aquí en Venezuela, sofriendo los ingredientes sobre todo la cebolla, el ajo y el ají, por que esto le da un buen sabor al sancocho. Las verduras que utilicé fueron auyama, ocumo y yuca dulce, les cuento que esta sopa o sancocho quedo de primera, mi esposa llegó a la 12:30 aproximadamente, y lo primero que dijo al entrar al apartamento fue: "HUELE RICO" a ella le encanto la sopa y a mi hijo también.

Después del almuerzo me puse a ver algunas publicaciones en Steemit, pero me dio un poquito de sueño y me acosté un rato, creo que dormí como 30 minutos luego me di una ducha y me puse a limpiar los instrumentos musicales, porque mañana voy a gravar una canción para Music For Steem, me gusta siempre hacerle mantenimiento a mis instrumentos musicales sobre todo a la mandolina, la cual compre hace 37 años y aun se conserva como nueva.

I tell you that for dinner, my wife prepared some arepas stuffed with shredded meat, those arepas were delicious and so I closed this wonderful day, until now that the clock strikes 10:35 p.m., that is, I used almost an hour to write this diary.

Les cuento que para lacena, mi esposa preparo unas arepas rellenas con carne mechada, esas arepas estaban deliciosas y así cerré este maravilloso día, hasta ahorita que el reloj marca las 22:35 de la noche, es decir que utilicé casi una hora para escribir este diario.
