This weeks topic is the most interesting topic and my favourite But one thing that i am not decided what dish i should write.

My Favourite Dish.

Here i come with my favourite dish. My favourite dish is chicken biryani.

Recipe.

Chicken Biryani is a delicious savory rice dish that is loaded with spicy marinated chicken, caramelized onions, and flavorful saffron rice. For my Biryani, I simplify the order of operations, while retaining the traditional layered approach to assembling it.

Ingredients for the Biryani.

2 teaspoons Kashmiri chili powder (see Cook's Note)

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

2 1/2 pounds bone-in skinless chicken thighs

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

2 large red onions, thinly sliced

2 cups basmati rice

8 whole cloves

7 green cardamom pods

3 bay leaves

1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

2 large pinches saffron

1/4 cup whole milk

1/2 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon finely grated ginger

5 cloves garlic, finely grated

2 medium tomatoes, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces

1/2 cup cilantro leaves

1/2 cup mint leaves

Preparation.

• Prepare the biryani masala (or use store-bought) and marinate the chicken.
• Cook the chicken curry. While it’s cooking over low heat, prepare the rice.
• Bring a pot of water to a boil and parboil the rice. Drain and set aside.
• Bring it all together for a final steam (‘dum‘).
Layer half of the rice, all of the chicken, and then the remaining rice on top. Add the finishing touches.

Allow steam to develop, then lower the heat and let the flavored meld.

My favorite place for Biryani and its rates.

I Mostly visit Al Rehman Biryani with my friends and eat Biryani. And its price is so cheaply single Biryani price Rs100 and double Biryani price Rs150. And i love the taste that's why i went there every Sunday.

What persentage of People Love it.

According to the survey, 57% of Pakistani women claim Biryani to be their favorite dish while 47% of Pakistani men like to eat Biryani. Biryani is the most popular dish in Sindh. 60% of Sindhis enjoy eating Biryani.
