Making a community is a hard thing and to make it grow is harder and an individual alone can not achieve that, so for that a community team loyal members to make it grow and today I am going to tell that how a member can help to grow a community.

So firstly:

Stay Loyal:

It is the main part to grow any community and a member should stay loyal to his community, not only in good time but also in bad times. I have seen people how to act loyal and if a community is prospering and making a progress and having a good time but as soon as it got a bad time they step back, they step back from their responsibilities and they distrust their people. So one should stay loyal to his community and help his community and every time.

Engagement:

To every point, I am going to talk about today are interlinked with each other. As if a person stays loyal to his community he will engage with people.

A member should engage in everything a community do such as a post every single day in the community and should participate in different contests. And he/she also should engage with the community member and also with newcomers to help them.

Quality Content:

It is also an important part that one should post quality content for his community he/she should to researches while making his post and even if the post is not technical they should try making it quality content and a worth reading content. Create original and engaging and thought-provoking content and should communicate better by adding more pictures and videos.

Delegate:

Delegation is also a main concept and point for a member to help his community to grow. So one should delegate to help the community and soon inshallah I also will be delegation some sp to the STEEMIT PAKISTAN
