Thanks for sharing your recipe. I make my curry the same way but always fail to achieve that layer of oil on top in the end. Any tips on that?

    Use coconut oil sparingly. For example, we use 75 grams for half a kilogram of meat. And they put it when there is nothing in the pot and the water is dry. When the cooking oil gets hot, fry the meat well
