I wish you all are well. Hair fall is a common problem all over the world. Due to the production of sebum in hair especially in summer season our hair lose shine and lose healthy look. But today I have a solution to make your hair healthy naturally because I have a summer mask for healthy hair. In this remedy you will feel difference in your hair before and after of this remedy just after one month. So, let's start our today's remedy.

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Following are the ingredients that are required for today's remedy.
1 Mango

2 Conditioner

3 Mayonnaise

4 Any Raw milk

5 Vitamin E capsule

6 Banana

AMOUNT OF EACH INGREDIENT:

One Banana
One small sized Mango
Two table spoons of any conditioner
Ten table spoons of cool raw milk because cool milk makes your hair straighten
Four capsules of Vitamin E of 400 mg.

HOW TO MAKE:

Peel the mango,cut it into pieces and pour it into the blender. Now take a banana after peeling and cutting it also pour it into the blender. Add conditioner, mayonnaise and raw milk into the blender. Blend all the ingredients very well. Your hair mask must be smooth and creamy. Now add four capsules of Vitamin E of 600mg. Your hair mask for healthy hair is ready. Now we move towards how can we apply this mask.

HOW TO APPLY:

Hair mask for healthy hair is ready.

Point 1

Never applied this mask into your dry hair, must sprayed your hair. Take a spray bottle and wet your hair. You can't gain results if you applied in dry hair whether the mask is home made or ready made.

Point 2

Leave 3 inches of hair then apply this mask into hair gently.

Point 3

The hair mask should not be too much dry that become very hard.Apply it for 30 minutes. Take a plastic bag and put it on your head. Wait for 30 minutes and then Wash with any conditioner.Take a shower. After taking shower used any hair cerum when you feel that your hair are 50% dried hold them and clip for 30 minutes. It is very important step to moisturize hair.

Point 4

How many days in a week you apply this mask?
If you have shiny and silky hair you need to apply this mask once a week. But if you have dye in hair you need this mask two times a week. If anyone dyed hair with bleach he or she used mask 3 times a week.
