Hello there, I welcome you to my personal blog where I write in the Steemit Engagement Challenge. The community is Steemit Pakistan and they have ushered a new topic for the contest. Sit back, relax, and enjoy yourself as you read my own opinions regarding the topic.

In this week's contest, we are defending 5 topics where one is very compulsory. That means we have a total of 4 topics to defend where we can choose 2, in addition to the compulsory topic: Votes Are Not Guaranteed - SC01, where we have to support the topic. Therefore, I will be writing on three topics.

Topic 1: A Woman's Place is in the Kitchen

It is a common belief that the Woman's Place is in the Kitchenbecause it is seen that a woman is there to support her husband in a family setting. This way of thinking is seen mainly in religious groups such as Christians and Islams. But it is a general practice by most males and females to stay together in general.

I'm writing in support of this topic because of the truth a woman's place is in the kitchen. This is a way of thinking that has been ingrained throughout mankind and is difficult to change. It also follows the patriarchal nature of mankind where the man is seen as the head of the family, the person who goes out to get his daily bread and comes back to take care of his home.

So as a man goes out to hustle and come back home, he gets weak and tired. At that point, it is very difficult for the man to start thinking about going to the kitchen to make food for himself. It is always very difficult to prepare any form of food at that time.

That is why we women are there as helpers to our men because we know that they would need all the help in the kitchen when they get back from work.

Another thing to consider is the fact that most men are not taught how to prepare food from a tender age. So as they grow older it becomes increasingly difficult to begin to start preparing dishes for themselves, so they need women whom they can depend on to help them out.

Topic 2: Money is more important than Love

This is a statement that is valid and I strongly support it. First and foremost Money is Everything. What this means is that with money you can do so much. You can travel the world, you can do anything you want, you can literally do what you want.

Money gives growth to an individual and family. Without money individuals and families tend to stagnate and remain where they are.

Love on the other hand is an emotional feeling one has for another. This is usually between a man and a woman. A man and a woman can meet in life and fall in love, that is common. Everywhere you go there are always loved birds that abound.

But what makes a relationship to last longer is money. If they decide to get married, they need money to make the marriage possible. After the marriage, they need money to settle in a house to start their family, they need money to feed on a daily basis. Then at the time of having a child, they need money to take care of the child.

Would love to do all these?, I think not. Love is just a subtle connection between a man and woman who for whatever reason decided to be together.

Asides from that there are inherent things that can be found in most relationships other than love. There is patience, faithfulness, respect, communication, and money. Once the patience of one of the couples dies out, then it can be difficult to get them to love each other. Also, if there's a lack of communication, it is also very difficult for the relationship to be sustained as it will crash sooner than later. If any of the couples are unfaithful, then it is easier to separate as it would be difficult for the other couple to stay with an unfaithful partner.

Finally, when there is a lack of money, that is the most difficult thing in a relationship as it would bring lack, discomfort, unsatisfaction, etc. This can make the couple separate easily.

We are at a time when the inflation in the world is at an all-time high, this translates to things becoming increasingly difficult and very expensive to get. It also makes it difficult for a couple to exist together

Topic 3: Votes are not Guaranteed - SC01

As a member of the Steemit community, we make posts and publish them every day. This makes us be active and show our passion for writing and earning. But we always expect that as we write we have to get upvoted for our write-up. Technically, yes we do but it is not as we expect.

From my little time here the concept of Steemit is a platform where users come together and create amazing posts on any subject matter that they like. Other users can see these posts that are published on Steemit and upvote them based on certain standards of the post.

However, due to the fact that most of the members on Steemit don't have the adequate amount of resources to upvote the posts of others, the Steemit team stepped in with the steem curation accounts.

In this way, they help to upvote the account of users who have made posts and fulfilled the standards required. Doing this makes so many users feel that their posts should always be upvoted by the steem curation accounts.

So users create posts and even tag the curation accounts so as to get upvoted, but sadly that's not the case. They even complained about it and let users know that they should stop mentioning them in their posts.

Our job as Steemians is to constantly create posts that fulfill all the required standards and get engagement from them based on the content that we disseminate. If we are lucky we get upvotes from the steem curation account, and if we are not lucky we ride on till the day we are looked at.
