BETTER LIFE | THE DIARY GAME | ELDER BROTHER'S ENGAGEMENT | 9th October
Hello everyone how're you all. I'll be writing my today's diary game on one of the happiest days of my life.
Today was the big day. Before I start with the diary game, I need suggestions on what to gift my brother.
It started off with a lot of preparations for the main event which was to take place at the Birde's place. After waking up we first had to make boxes of gifts and dresses and whatnot.
I had to bring flowers from the market, then arrange gifts inside baskets. Had to choose clothes for the event, press them. It was chaotic. Everyone was busy in preparations.
After organizing all the gifts at one place, We placed them in a basket snd then wrapped it in a beautiful cloth. It looked extremely presentable
We had to depart at 7 pm and reach the bride's place by 8 but we got a bit lit and reached her house around 8:30. Our relatives were also invited, so we waited for them and then entered their house around 9 pm.
The Engagement, started at around 10 where we all served mithai to the couple. It took quite some time where everyone was waiting for their turn to serve them mithai. They both recieved a lot of gifts as well. When it was my turn of serving them mithai, I placed a huge gulab jamun in to my brother's mouth.
After being done with the engagement, we headed towards the dining area, where we had our dinner. For dinner we had a couple of options which included beef pulao, chicken karahi, chicken, and naan alongisde salad and soft drinks.
I didn't sit to eat but was trying to manage the event with the bride's father. After being dine with that I devoured food to my fullest capabilities and then took some rest. After that we had some photo sessions and soon after that we left their place around 12 am.
After departing from there we came back home, I changed my clothes, offered isha and then had some good night sleep after a good day. So that's all for today folks. Do tell me, did you like the post? And say MashaAllah for my brother.
