Hellow steemians! how are you all? Hope you all are safe and healthy. Today is my 2nd post in Steemit Pakistan .
Today was Sunday but very hectic day , my day usually starts with salah but i was miss my today's fajr salah . My eyes are open at 1oam with a call of my elder sister They put my best wishes and we talk about here and there . Anyways after call
Both children and husband got up . Then I made breakfast 🥞 for my children only .

I and my husband went out to have breakfast, we had some work out we left the children at house and went out for breakfast

We had a yummy breakfast 🥞
Yummy cheese chicken pratha and tea
After atleast two hour we reached home and after that i prepared the hoorain for examination after preparation i made lunch that is CURRY CHAWAL

We all ate lunch together the curry was soo yummy
After lunch all the members taking naps but i went to the kitchen for cleaning and for dinner preparation , i was little tired But the time was passing as soon as I had to cook and again preparation for her paper anyways i cooked mutton karhae the recipe is ;

INGREDIENTS:

  • mutton 750 gm
  • Oil
  • 6,7 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 spn Garlic
  • Salt
  • 2 spn Ginger
  • All garam spices
  • 1tspn Zeera crushed and roasted
  • 1 tspn Coriander crushed and roasted
  • 1 tspn Chat masala
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tspn chilli flakes
  • 1 tspn kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1tspn kali mirch grind
  • 1 tspn kasuri methi
  • 4,5 green chilli
  • 1 coal

DIRECTION

1st we put the meat to boil add 3 glass water and put all sabut garam masala and crushed 2 green chillies , 1 onion, 1tspn ginger garlic,salt in it .

Put all the things together even though the meat is tender when the meat is full cooked separate the soup of mutton and separate the mutton an another pan

Now take a pan add oil and add remaining ginger garlic green chillies and tender meat and then fry all of them in high flame after 5 mints again separate the Meat and in the same pan add Cut tomatoes 1 onion

Fry tomatoes and onions till oil comes up and make purry

Then add all spices and fried meat.

Fry all the things and Finally put coal dhoni and put lemon and cut ginger for garnishing

Finally karhae is ready the karhae process is too long but easy and yummy . Pls try atleast 1 time.
While making karhae i taught hoorain and doing other work eating some fruits

After dinner and kitchen cleaning i am so tired i went to go bed and sleep
