And after reading the whole posts like Minimum requirements i got an idea in a blink Though i think there would be existing ongoing idea ( Haven't got eye on it ) so giving this idea.

I would sum up my whole idea on the minimum Requirements

a succinct outline of the idea

A marketplace has great importance but the interesting thing in a market would be Categorization. Medical equipments are really expensive and many counties do export those equipments also its a big business also. What if we make Steemit's own Marketplace we have buying selling steem marketplace so we can make Products Marketplace as well. The posts will be the same having buying price on it and we could add buy with steem options ( though scams could occur so the verification of buyers and sellers could be done by steemit team) How ? they can only allow verified members and verification could be done by testing International identity card or many Different official documents Now it would be a burden for steemit team so they can add fees for verification process.

details of who would be involved in the project

Buyers and sellers of different countries as we know steemit is the biggest platform having millions of people from different parts of world it would be easy for people to communicate and get their medical instruments from different countries. Also as a market place and comment options people would be able to give their prices as well in the comment box ( verified people Only ).

who the intended audience is

Steemit audience aswell as those people who aren't on steemit yet but are doing medical related business.

how the project is to be set up and developed

Project can be setup easily there should be option of submission of Their Add where they would be giving full details of the product ( Could be Posting in steemit method )
On the other hand only those members can Buy or Sell who are verified so there must be verification Testing option To enter market place.

what resources are needed to get the project up and running

Nothing very much the steemit team knows how they could manage it easily.

how the project will be marketed

We would love to see business mans here so steemit team could add reffrel system for people to Add medical related businessman here on steemit.

how progress and success will be monitored and measured

Monitoring process is easy everything which is done has a record on Steemd and other platforms.

what the plan is to make the project/service sustainable

• Verified Marketplace for Business Man

Every New idea requires time , moderation and thinking So i think while slightly moderation in idea steemit team could get better things up.
