I wonder how come the background be black or did you pluck the flower to take its picture?
I am just kidding. Stunning click and i was also looking to capture a sunflower but then i thought of doing something different :D

    I took the picture with camera canon 7d mark 2 with flash . so the flash focused only the flower and blacked and blured out the background.
