My Acceptance Post For Being "The Best Author" in Feb,2021 in @steemit-pak
I am truly honored to have been selected as the best author in this community. This certificate means a lot to me. I think appreciation in any form is encouraging and yields even greater results.
When I rejoined steemit earlier this year, I was a little overwhelmed with a lot of new changes and new people but @steemit-pak made me literally feel comfortable at once, once again. I want to specially mention @haidermehdi and @hassanabid for their tremendous support and ever encouraging nature. They have patiently guided me and responded to all my queries at once and they are like that with each member of the community. I am beyond impressed by their enthusiasm and selfless dedication to this community.
I believe these certificates are a great initiative by this team. It will encourage everyone to work even harder and create great content.
I would like to say to all the members that you all are doing a great job. You all are putting a lot of effort. I personally read few posts on daily basis and when I see the the originality and creativity, I feel proud to have such talented members in my home community. Each one of you deserves appreciation.
To all the members who are new and confused, don't run after upvotes and posting too much. Just stay focused on the quality and your work will be recognized soon. Because remember, it's not just a monetary website, it's a social media and blogging platform as well. In order to attract audience to your blog, you have to produce interesting and relatable content and which should be original. In short, my advise would be to just keep your mind on your content and do read posts of other people and learn from them, that's what I do.

I agree with you this step by the community will encourage everyone to work more harder than before to be the winner.
Secondly i have been struggling to improve the quality of my content i mean i am confused about what things should i really focus and improve in order to add more quality to my content.

About quality content, personally I think there are a few things that contribute in improving the quality.
1- First impression of the post should be good. It should look visually appealing. That can be done by taking care of text and image alignment. Proper use of markdown.
2- A post should be readable. I think one should write in whatever language he/she is comfortable with but grammar and spellings should always be correct and punctuations should be used where necessary. These things make posts readable. There a lot of tools for checking for that like spell check and grammarly.
3- A post should consist of reasonable amount of words. Not too short and not too long that reader gets bored.
4- Avoid plagiarism at any cost and give proper citations.
Other things like good vocabulary, writing style and creativity comes with time. These are secondary things which contribute in quality and develop with consistency in writing.
Tip: Reading books or stuff helps you write better.
