Defense Day || 6 September || club5050
Hello everyone
Today is very special day because it's 6 September. It's Defense Day.I was too busy while last day.Its the start of my 3rd rotation.I am currently doing my anesthesia department practice and it's really tough and difficult.Duty timing is although not the same as my previous rotations were but now I have duty timing increased in the morning.So today I thought I have off but suddenly I received a call from my Registrar he was angry because I am not duty..So I took auto and within half hour I reach there and as soon as I was there.
There was party going on one of our senior doctor cook this special dish for day of 6 September and bring to hospital and then I was also fined that on Thursday I will cook something special and bring for them.So I agreed and started work.
There was a list of patient which operate today and we will give them anesthesia.suddenly there was bad smell of spirit or something which was unbearable and or some sort of nail polish I guess.It was penetrating into brain and I have headache of this smell.
So I ask worker bring a cup of tea and then there was only 2 patients left it's already 3 pm.Today I also have night emergency.so I have to stay at hospital till 9 pm.
12 hour duty was really really tough I always tired and exhausted so much patient on even this day.
Then around 4 pm we went to emergency 🦺🦺 and there were so nice senior which already sitting there
And they said you can have rest till 6 pm.2 Hour break and I went to doctor room and sleep for a while suddenly a patient came with appendix pain and I make emergency drug for him.and his Operation started.
Then one of our senior doctor ordered pizza for us to celebrate this day.Pizza was very delicious and we thank to him and ask him to leave us a little bit earlier.
Around 8:30 we went back to home there was rush of traffic so much and in 1 and half hour we reach there home.and sleep.
