Hello friends, this is my entry, to the contest proposed by: @steemit-pak.

Venezuelan patacones

The Venezuelan patacones are the traditional food of the Zulia state. It is prepared with plantains and shredded chicken, some like to put tomato sauce and mayonnaise on it. It can be served with salads or white rice.
