Every year I went for vacations in various places of Pakistan because the beauty of Pakistani places is matchless. Similarly, i went to Swat last year with friends.

Swat is a district in the Malakand Division of KPK Pakistan.There are two tehsils in swat.Swat is surrounding by the swat river. Swat is one of the most popular tourist destination.Swat is known as Switzerland of Pakistan bcz of its beautiful Scenery and snow-capped mountains.On 14th October 1969 Swat became the part of Pakistan.There was not a peace inv valley before the special operation by the Military forces of Pakistan.

Swat popularity

Swat is famous for its natural wonders that include its breathtaking diverse landscape and natural wildlife. Swat has numerous scenic countrysides, lush forests, and impressive high peak mountains. This all provides a suitable natural habitat for wildlife as well as attracts tourists.Other popular features of swat are; its spectacular freshwater lakes, rivers, springs, waterfalls, and it’s pleasant weather. This all collectively makes it a safe haven for tourism in Pakistan.Tourist activities in summer and winter are also well-known features of swat. Swat in summer is popular for hiking, trekking, camping, ziplining, chairlift/cable car riding, general holiday making, and honeymoon trips.

Famous Spots

Malam Jabba

Malam Jabba is found 45 km (28 miles) toward the upper east of Mingora in Swat at a rise of 2,804 meters (9,199 ft). Malam Jabba is a delightful slope station, an appealing traveler objective, and home to the extremely well known Malam Jabba ski resort in Swat. In summer countless vacationers come to Malam Jabba to appreciate and to take a raised fun ride on the chairlift/streetcar to see puts that generally would be hard to go to.

Manhodand lake

Mahodand (Lake of Fishes") is a lake situated in the upper Usho Valley a ways off of around 35 kilometers (22 mi) from Kalam[1] in Swat District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of Pakistan. The lake is open by a four-wheel drive vehicle, and is frequently used for fishing and drifting.

Best time to visit Swat

Swat Valley, particularly lower Swat, is an all year traveler objective. Be that as it may, the primary vacationer season for Swat starts in spring and keeps going till fall (April to October). April to May is the best an ideal opportunity to visit Swat when the new green grass cover covers the inclines.
