Betterlife - The Diary Game - KOLACHI Restaurant - 28/12/20

Hello Steemit, Hope you all are great.

Today I am sharing one of my great plan for dinner or you can say a sudden plan.

Well me and my friends decided to go to the dinner but at that time place is not decided so we leave our home for dinner and on our way we have decided where to go. so we had decide to go to the dinner at do darya (KOLACHI). we reached at 9:30 at KOLACHI but there was so much waiting for tables so we decided to wait here at waiting area of that restaurant.

Me and my friend start walking there that restaurant kitchen setup is open air where we were waiting for our table for dinner.

So we are enjoying at that place and looking there chefs that how they are cooking and etc. do you guys believe what we see?

We have seen that one Chinese chef was there and she was making CHICKEN CHOWMIN in a very different way spicy and something different. first we were very shocked that how that Chinese chef lady was making food only Chinese then we start talking with her that how she starts their career in cooking field and how she came Pakistan and joined this beautiful journey.

she starts talking with us in a very good manner and answered our questions.

first we asked her that how she came Pakistan?

she answered us that she was working in china embassy so she came Pakistan through his embassy for working in Pakistan as a consulate in china embassy but after some time she was in love with one man who is from Pakistan and Muslim so they both were mutually decide to live here.

she knows cooking very well only Chinese so she get decided to work in restaurant or something other.

So she started her own business in a small market she sell chowmin there but after some time KOLACHI's restaurant owner offered her a good salary with good benefits to working in there restaurant. she knows Urdu very well a mother tongue of my country PAKISTAN. i literally get shocked when i see her talking in Urdu.

So she start working with them as a team , she is working 9 hours that restaurant.

she has some helpers who are helping in to make a food for customer as there was a very high footfall of customers who are waiting.

After this all conversation we were still waiting for our table so after 1 hour our table was served and we order our dinner which takes around half an hour to serve.

we ordered cheese garlic naan , BEEF Steak , Chicken Fried Rice. The food was so yummy and delicious after wafting dinner we had leave that place because of time. as you all know that because of COVID timings are very less for outside so we leave restaurant at 12:00 and gone home.

So here is my experience I enjoyed a lot there.
