Good Morning
It was about three o'clock when I woke up this morning. I washed my face and hands and started preparing sehri. In half an hour we made sehri. After that I ate and fasted with the intention of fasting. After that I went to the mosque to pray. It took me about half an hour to pray in the mosque. Then I came home and slept.It was about nine o'clock when I woke up. I prepared the office and came to my office as usual.
When I arrived at the office, I greeted everyone in the morning.
Then I started working
The morning time work is enough which is why I was very busy

I worked for three hours straight and then I went to the bank
The reason I went to the bank was that the money was withdrawn from my account at night
Of which I had no knowledge
I saw this message when I got to the office
I was very upset to see the message
When I arrived at the bank, there was a lot of people
I first deposited some money in the bank and then I talked to the manager about my problem
They filled out a form for me. I gave all my details to the manager and returned to my office to fill out the form.
The bank is not far from my office
It was about three o'clock when I got back from the bank
After that I came to the office and sat down and grabbed the book and started reading it.
I think today's position is very knowledgeable۔

(Dissolution of Marriage on Ground of Khula)

Introduction:
If the wife hates her husband because of her cruelty or some other reason and she is not able to live with her husband under the limits of Allah, then she can get a divorce from her husband. If you have not received it, you will have to leave it and if you have received it, you will have to return it۔

Section Five, Powers Family Court 1964

1- Subject to the provisions of Ordinance 1961 of Muslim Family Law and Ordinance 1961 of the Conciliation Courts, the Family Courts shall have the power to approve, hear and decide on two matters without specifying in the first part of the Schedule.
2- Regardless of the provisions of Article 1898 of the Criminal Code, the Family Court, which has jurisdiction over the offenses specified in Schedule Part II, will hear cases where one of the spouses has committed a crime committed by the other party.
3- The court may, with the permission of the Government, modify, delete or release any change in the schedule entry.

Punjab Amendment:
Sub-clause three of section five of the said Act shall be substituted with the following
The government may remove any additions, changes or deletions to the schedule

Section 14(2)(a) Family Court act 1964ء
The plaintiff's claim against the annulment of the marriage was conditionally granted. The plaintiff should pay a special amount to the defendant. Thus the cancellation was not final. The plaintiff was of the view that there could be no appeal against the degree of khula.
Declared. The plaintiff has appealed against the condition of khula which is admissible.

The lower court granted the plaintiff's claim for annulment of the marriage in exchange for returning the dowry received. Defendant contended that section 10(4) of the Family Court Act 1964 was against the provisions of Islamic law. The existence of the Enforcement of Shariah Act 1991 is impractical. The current claim is irreversible. The wife repeatedly confessed that she hated her husband. She cannot settle with the defendant under the limits of Allah. Provisional section 10 (4) does not become meaningless from the clause after the Family Court Act 1964 nineteen sixty four because the conciliation proceeding on the clause related to the proceedings on the clause related to the proceedings provided the basis and justification of verse number 229 of Surah Al-Baqarah in the Holy Quran. Defendant's writ has been dismissed.
